The state has always attached importance to the safety of students in school,has issued a variety of measures and documents,and strive to strengthen the safety management of students in the process of sports.School physical education has its particularity and sports has its risk.Sports injury accidents often occur in school physical education activities,training and competition.Physical education teachers usually have a strong relationship with the sports behavior of students in school.After the occurrence of injury accidents in physical education teaching,physical education teachers have great subjectivity in the actual handling process,and the rationality and fairness of accident handling often can not satisfy everyone.The handling of teachers and school authorities is often a very important part of the impact,and physical education teachers are good at physical education because of their professional limitations,but they are not good at how to do a good job in crisis public relations in physical education injury accidents.This paper tries to combine the elements of crisis public relations with physical education teaching,and discusses how to conduct crisis public relations in the first time,reveal objective facts and protect teachers from moral hazard when faced with sudden serious injury accidents of students in the teaching process,so as to minimize the negative impact of the events.This paper adopts the literature method,case study method,content analysis method and logical analysis method,takes the public relations of student injury accident crisis in physical education teaching as the research object,combines key case analysis,and takes the four-stage model of crisis communication of foreign crisis public relations expert Stephen Fink as the theoretical basis to elaborate on physical education teachers in physical education education.The current situation of middle school students’ injury accident crisis public relations,analyze the problems existing in physical education teachers at all stages of crisis public relations,and put forward the crisis public relations strategy of physical education teachers in physical education teaching based on the crisis public relations 5S principle of domestic crisis public relations expert You Changqiao.The conclusions of this paper are as follows: PE teachers’ awareness of crisis public relations is relatively weak in the injury accidents of PE teaching students in colleges and universities.PE teachers are often unable to foresee the arrival of crisis and take some intervention measures on the eve of the accident.In the injury accidents of PE teaching students in colleges and universities,PE teachers’ improper crisis handling measures are reflected in two aspects: lack of knowledge of crisis public relations and failure to take decisive actions to control the crisis.In the injury accidents of PE teaching students in colleges and universities,due to the lack of physical education teachers’ own quality,they are unable to grasp the key points of crisis when looking for and dealing with the crux of crisis,and the crisis handling skills are insufficient.
