Postgraduate course rights are the rights and interests of postgraduates to advocate and request in terms of course development,decision-making,selection,construction,evaluation,and advice in order to meet development needs.The lack of postgraduate course rights protection has become an international common problem.The marketization of postgraduate courses,the marginalization of postgraduate course participation,and the formalization of postgraduate course evaluation have seriously affected the overall quality of postgraduate course teaching.This research divides the graduate course rights into six categories: the right to know,the right to make decisions,the right to choose,the right to construct,the right to evaluate,and the right to suggest,according to the course generation stage in the early stage of postgraduate course activities,the course implementation stage in the middle stage,and the course evaluation stage in the later stage.This research takes graduate course rights and their guarantees as the core research object,builds an analytical framework based on legal basis and theoretical basis,takes the six dimensions of course rights as observation clues,and comprehensively uses literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview survey and comparative research,etc.This research method,starting from the practice of postgraduate course rights protection in my country,explores the real-time progress and practical difficulties of postgraduate course rights protection in my country,and follows the analytical logic of "reading questions-examining questions-problem solving" to explore the various problems existing in the protection of postgraduate course rights.A problem that seeks to find a solution to the problem.The investigation shows that there is a general lack of rights protection of postgraduate courses in China,and the rights protection problems exist in different dimensions,different indicators and different subjects.On the basis of data analysis,this study refined the problems existing in the protection of rights of postgraduate courses in China,such as the silence of rights,the unsystematic protection of rights and the non-positive matching between the expectation of rights of courses and the distribution of rights of courses.This paper analyzes the underlying reasons,such as weak consciousness of course rights,irrational transfer of postgraduate course rights,alienation of course power under the absence of course order and responsibility transfer under the absence of trust.In order to guarantee the rights of postgraduate courses,on the basis of perfecting the relevant legal system,it is necessary to awaken the consciousness of the rights of postgraduate courses and strengthen the dialogue between the subjects of the rights of postgraduate courses.To enhance the trust of rights and responsibilities of the subject and construct ecological curriculum ethics as the endogenous motivation;To follow the logic of course teaching and management and optimize the order of postgraduate courses;The key is to improve the right protection system of postgraduate courses by cooperating with multiple subjects.In order to solve the problem of protecting the rights of postgraduate courses,we should grasp the main contradiction and innovate the mechanism of protecting the rights of postgraduate courses.
