Study On Social Adjustment Disorder Of Juveniles Released From Prison By Case-based Social Work Intervention

Juvenile delinquency has become the third largest public hazard in the world.No matter what kind of crime teenagers are imprisoned for,they will eventually return to society.In the face of almost the same or even more difficult living environment before they are imprisoned,many teenagers will embark on the road of crime again.Helping the released teenagers overcome the obstacles of social adaptation is not only directly related to the quality of life of them and their families,but also can reduce their risk of recidivism and contribute to social stability and harmony.This paper takes the released juveniles as the research object,analyzes the current academic research status on the social adaptation of the released juveniles on the basis of consulting and sorting out the relevant literature,and defines the key concepts such as the released juveniles and the obstacles of social adaptation.Select Q,a juvenile released from prison in K District of C City,as the case owner of this case social work,use the interview method to study and investigate the current situation of Q,a juvenile released from prison,and sort out and statistically analyze the first-hand data obtained from the survey,so as to clarify the current situation of Q,a juvenile released from prison and the social adaptation problems faced.Based on the analysis results of the survey data,combined with the label theory and re socialization theory,this paper designs and intervenes in the case work.Finally,through the result evaluation,this paper measures the feasibility of the case work involved in the social adaptation of the released teenagers.Finally,combined with the research conclusions,this paper puts forward a summary and Reflection on promoting the social adaptation of released teenagers.The study found that the intervention of case work in the release of juveniles after serving their sentences has achieved remarkable results in overcoming the obstacles of social adaptation.This case work successfully helped the case owner improve his legal awareness,face up to his imprisonment experience,ease the relationship with his family,improve his interpersonal skills,cultivate employment skills,and finally realize re socialization.At the same time,it is found that sports activities can help released teenagers improve their social skills.
