| Peer assistance is one of the key elements of the implementation of school-based teaching and research.It not only defines the dominant position of teachers in teaching and research,but also provides a realistic path for teachers’ group cooperation in the school environment.In the implementation of school-based teaching and research,peer assistance activities with teachers as the basic unit account for a large proportion.Good interaction mechanism,positive group atmosphere and mutually beneficial symbiotic ecological environment are very important for peer assistance in school-based teaching and research.The interactive cooperation,mutual benefit and common prosperity,process and practicality,integrity and systematicness emphasized by the essence of symbiosis theory are in line with the essential characteristics of peer assistance in school-based teaching and research.Therefore,this study introduces the symbiosis theory into the research of peer assistance in school-based teaching and research of junior middle school teachers in China,constructs the analytical framework of peer assistance in school-based teaching and research from the perspective of this theory,reviews the current situation of peer assistance in school-based teaching and research,and puts forward the optimization path.This study selects the teachers of W middle school as the research object,participates in the activities related to peer assistance in their lesson preparation group,teaching research group and research group,collects data by using the methods of observation,interview and physical analysis,and perspective the current situation of peer assistance in school-based teaching and research from the perspective of symbiosis theory.The results show that:(1)at the level of symbiotic unit,teachers have formed a continuous symbiotic relationship,but the integrated development has not been realized;(2)At the level of symbiosis mode,asymmetric reciprocal symbiosis mode is the main mode,which has a certain gap with symmetrical reciprocal symbiosis mode;(3)At the level of symbiotic environment,the implementation of peer assistance is guaranteed in many aspects within the school,but there is a lack of effective incentive.The main reasons for the above problems are the deficiency of symbiotic unit itself,the limitation of symbiotic mode and the negative impact of symbiotic environment.Based on the analysis of the above current situation and causes,under the guidance of symbiosis theory,this paper puts forward the promotion path of peer assistance in school-based teaching and research:(1)strengthen the self construction of symbiosis unit,not only improve teachers’ knowledge and ability level from theoretical learning,but also strengthen teachers’ subject status through the whole process of participation in practice;(2)Optimize the symbiotic model between teachers,innovate the form of peer mutual assistance activities through the "three stages",improve the symmetrical and mutually beneficial symbiotic model through the "three mechanisms",and stimulate the "symbiotic effect" of teacher cooperation;(3)Create an open and win-win symbiotic environment,give play to the positive role of effective school-based teaching and research management,institutional incentive and cultural guidance,and create a good teaching and research ecology. |
