Adolescent physical health is a livelihood issue that the party and the state attach great importance to.It has become one of the important public health issues at home and abroad.With the development of information technology,the digital transformation of sports has poured into intelligent technology.Wearable devices,typically represented by sports bracelets,are active in the cultivation of physical exercise behavior,and are expected to become a new method to improve the physical health level of teenagers,which is a hot topic in the current academic circles.In order to explore the effectiveness of sports bracelets in promoting physical health,through the methods of literature,mathematical statistics,questionnaire and other research methods,and with the help of the questionnaire on the use habits and physical exercise behavior of sports bracelets,this paper explores the use status,habits and physical exercise behavior of 218 middle school students in Jiangsu,Chongqing,Shanghai,Anhui,Zhejiang,Shandong and other regions,Analyze the influence of sports bracelet on physical exercise behavior.Research findings:1.In terms of basic situation,more than 74.5% of students with use experience often use sports bracelets.Nearly 79.8% of the use is due to time management.Although the proportion of people who do not use sports bracelets is large,most people show a good willingness to use sports bracelets and have a good understanding of sports bracelets as a whole.2.In terms of functional requirements,students with use experience pay attention to auxiliary functions such as exercise and exercise.Among them,nearly 82.9% of users favor the statistical function of sports data,need more direct health information,and have strong data awareness.Nearly 75.5% of students with use experience pay more attention to the health monitoring function.However,the students who have no experience in using the equipment are more inclined to the life function of the equipment.Nearly 76.6% of the students have the need for life assistance and pay attention to the instrumentality and safety of the equipment.3.In terms of physical exercise,the respondents mainly take physical exercise to enhance their physique,which is more rational.In the evaluation of exercise effect,nearly 13.8% of the students who used exercise bracelets had better awareness of data guidance than those who did not use exercise bracelets.In terms of exercise frequency and duration,the students who use sports bracelets are slightly better than the students who do not use them,but there is no significant difference(F = 0.000,P = 0.01),(P = 0.08).4.On the cognition of the necessity of using sports bracelets,the students with use experience were significantly higher than those without use experience(p=0.000).However,in the correlation analysis,the students who use sports bracelets have no correlation between cognition and exercise behavior(r = 0.045,P = 0.669).Although they are aware of the health promotion benefits of sports bracelets,they have not really changed their health behaviors such as exercise.The research shows that: firstly,although the proportion of middle school students who use sports bracelets is relatively low,most students have a strong willingness to use sports bracelets,indicating that the acceptance of sports bracelets is high.Secondly,the sports bracelet has played a certain role in promoting the exercise process,but the promoting effect is not obvious.The function and value of data feedback has not been fully explored.Thirdly,the exercise bracelet has a guiding function on fitness behavior,but it is found from the results that the use potential of this function has not been effectively brought into play. |
