| Research purposes: Middle-grade students in primary schools are a critical period for the development of physical quality and mental health.However,there are not many studies on how to carry out more effective physical and mental training for students at this stage.Play is the nature of children.Compared with traditional track and field teaching,children’s interesting track and field teaching is more suitable for students’ physical and psychological development.The equipment used is safer.The teaching content and teaching form are various,but in the application of primary school students.The learning effect produced is relatively lacking.Therefore,this paper studies and analyzes the experimental research on the impact of children’s fun track and field on the physical and mental health of primary school students,and provides experimental basis and theoretical reference for the comprehensive development of children’s fun track and field in the future.Research methods: This paper conducts 10-week experimental teaching for middle-grade primary school students through the experimental method,and explores the impact of children’s fun track and field on their physical quality and mental health.The independent sample T test is used to test the data of the experimental group and the control group.The analysis shows that there are significant differences in the physical and mental health indicators of the students after the experiment.Research results:(1)Judging from the changes in physical quality of the two groups of students after the experiment,there are differences between the teaching of children’s interesting track and field projects and the teaching of traditional sports projects,and the improvement effect is that the experimental group is better than the control group.(2)The students in the experimental group showed significant improvement in the four physical fitness items of running 50 meters,forward bending in sitting position,skipping rope for 1 minute and sit-up for 1 minute.(3)Judging from the changes in the mental health of the students in the two groups after the experiment,the mental health level of the students in both groups has improved,but the mental health level of the students in the experimental group is significantly better than that in the control group.(4)The students in the experimental group showed significant decline in six dimensions including learning disability,emotional disorder,personality defect,social adjustment disorder,bad habits,and behavior disorder.Research conclusions:(1)Children’s fun track and field projects have a positive effect on the physical and mental health of students.(2)Children’s fun track and field is in the four items of 50-meter running,sitting forward bending,1 minute sit-ups,1minute skipping rope,as well as learning anxiety,bad habits,behavioral disorders,emotional disorders,social adjustment disorders and other latitudes,Has obvious effect. |
