| Labor dispatch in China’s labor market development time is not long,but presents an increasing trend year by year.On the one hand,labor dispatch is conducive to the diversified development of Chinese enterprises’ employment methods and meets the demand for flexible employment in China’s labor market.On the other hand,it also helps enterprises reduce labor costs and enhance their ability to cope with the complex and changeable market environment.However,due to a large number of non-standard employment in some enterprises in labor dispatch,the rights and interests of dispatched employees are damaged,bringing a certain social security hidden danger.Based on two kinds of contracts,the tripartite main body on the basis of the dispatch of labor relations,labor employment and the use of phase separation,thus the traditional stable labor relationship of laborer binary game,with the unit into a laborer,sending unit,the unit tripartite game,makes the management of labor relationship becomes complex and difficult.The government’s governance of labor dispatch,to a certain extent,can restrain labor dispatch non-standard employment,but only rely on government intervention,it is difficult to solve the "abuse" of labor dispatch employment,dispatched employees with different pay and other rights and interests damage phenomenon is still widespread.For the governance of labor dispatching relations,in addition to government regulations,is there an internal coordination mechanism based on the maximization of the common interests of the three parties of labor dispatching,encouraging and restricting the three parties of labor dispatching from zero-sum game to cooperative game? Of this study is based on the thinking of the problem,how to use the theory of modern economics in contract theory and stakeholder theory,using the method of dynamic evolution game,the three parties in the labor dispatching of dynamic game relation between main body,explore dispatching tripartite main body the possibility of the coordinated development of countermeasures,but also help the government to create a fairer for dispatching system environment,Promote the healthy development of labor dispatch in China.Firstly,by combing the development history of labor dispatch in China and the existing problems,the study reveals that it is difficult to change the current plight of labor dispatch by relying only on the government’s existing governance means of labor dispatch.In the short term,the intervention of the government or the law has a certain exemplary effect of punishment,but as a way of post-correction,the cost is high and the time is long.It is difficult for the dispersed and mobile dispatched workers to bear such a high cost of time,and the labor rights and interests are difficult to be guaranteed.Then based on the labor dispatching labor relations tripartite main body hypothesis,seeking to maximize their interests through the establishment of personnel,sending unit and unit of choose and employ persons,as a dynamic game model of bounded rationality game participants,to reveal the relationship between the tripartite cooperation and confrontation between,analysis of the labor dispatching tripartite main body and the implementation process of dynamic game equilibrium,explores the condition to realize the dynamic equilibrium,This paper gives the countermeasures to solve the difficulties of the labor dispatch market in China.This incentive and restraint system arrangement based on the perspective of the three parties can make the labor dispatch party,the employer and the dispatched employees mutually restrain each other to maximize the interests of the three parties and promote the healthy development of the labor dispatch market. |
