| The absolute poverty has been eradicated under the current standard against the background of building the moderately prosperous society in all respects.In the Post-Poverty Alleviation Era,the treatment of relative poverty is an increasingly arduous task,as it has become ever more prominent.The extreme poverty facing rural women is an underlying issue on the eradication of relative poverty,an entrenched problem characterized by vulnerability and gender difference in the Post-Poverty Alleviation Era.The study focuses on freeing rural women from poverty in in reducing their vulnerability to poverty.It not only enriches existing theories,but also provides inspiration and scientific basis for poverty governance in the Post-Poverty Alleviation Era.With the application of the literature review,relevant interviews and questionnaires,the research questionnaire on rural women poverty vulnerability and financial competence is designed,together with the interview outline targeted at rural residents and local officials.Those materials are mainly applied on the Chapter 3,which furthers the analysis on financial needs among women living in the countryside.In the perspective of this study,the rural women’s vulnerability to poverty is reflected on three aspects.For a start,those females have been subject to the disadvantage in the labor market.Additionally,the access to the consumption has been nearly denied for them.Finally,rural women are more probable to be maligned in the market relative to their male counterparts.Financial Social work,as an emerging social force,is committed to boosting the financial well-being of special population and scale up the financial capability of rural females with the integration of local systems and cultural context.It is for this reason that the poverty eradication in rural areas can be better implemented.By virtue of the group work,this research is also dedicated to the anti-poverty initiatives for those females in rural areas so that they can improve the financial competence to mitigate the poverty.The research also claims that the group work can help members improve studying,so do their own knowledge in this area and social competence.From the perspective of financial social work,this thesis proposes that alleviating rural women’s vulnerability to poverty should start from three aspects.First,actively advocate and promote the construction of rural family culture.Promoting gender equality in rural families is the basis for reducing the vulnerability to poverty of rural women.By improving rural women’s gender role awareness and building a gender equality atmosphere in rural families,rural women’s psychological pressure can be effectively relieved.Second,link the necessary financial resources for rural women.The access to financial resources is directly related to their fair and healthy development.Drawing on sound advice given by this study,social workers can further boost financial well-being of women living in the countryside from two different ways: developing their financial competence and conducting group work by dint of the integration and application of resources from financial institutions.In that case,rural women are expected to secure the sustainable growth.Finally,it is recommended to work with village-level departments to build a good development environment for rural women.At present,when financial social work service resources are still scarce,social worker should optimize the soft environment for financial education activities in rural areas,provide role models and demonstrations to strengthen rural women’s development momentum,and support rural women to make important contributions to economic construction in the Post-Poverty Alleviation Era. |
