| The modern age is an open colorful era of economic globalization,the rapid development of integration.With the increasingly fierce competition in various countries and cities,competition is no longer determined only economic resources,but also depends on the human resources,has enough resources to be competitive in the personnel of strategic resources,at the same time,competition is no longer a city to city competition between,but more focused on urban agglomerations,compete in a complex open environment,therefore,to urban agglomeration of urban talent attractive conditions on its dynamic evolution and space and analysis that from the time differences for enhancing the level of talent and improve the urban and regional social development are of great significance.Firstly,according to the theory of literature and has combed summarize constructed three-level indicators,12 secondary indicators,34 three indicators,the formation of the attractiveness of the index system of urban agglomeration middle reaches of the Yangtze talent,and then based on entropy TOPSIS to the GA two methods based on projection pursuit method combinational weight calculation and came to the middle reaches of the Yangtze River city group personnel attractiveness score on the basis of the status quo of urban population was analyzed,and from 2011 to 2019 in the cities of talent attraction for a simple comparison of time and space,while the proportion of each city’s score were compared in three dimensions;secondly,the use of kernel density estimation and Markov chain method for dynamic evolution of talent attraction analysis;while using the Gini coefficient on the middle reaches of the Yangtze River city group talent attraction variance analysis from space;and finally establishing threshold model,selecting a departure from the impact of talent attractive prices,health care,education,research,employment factors in depth.The results show that:(1)the middle reaches of the Yangtze River City Group personnel attractive overall upward trend,but the various regional development is uneven;(2)three-dimensional and three-zone of "polarization" phenomenon obviously,the city level to the high echelon of convergence evident;(3)the attractiveness of urban development personnel to follow the law needs to meet the living environment and development potential of the human environment need to be transferred;(4)The regional difference of talent attraction of urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River is greater than that between regions,and there is a narrowing trend.And made the following recommendations based on findings:(1)radiation play a central role in the city,promote the coordinated development of provincial talent attraction;(2)periodic improve the city’s cultural atmosphere and potential for development,improve the attractiveness of the city personnel;(3)income and rates with "complementary" to play a positive role in housing prices;(4)strengthen scientific and technological research and development,training scientific and technical personnel;(5)to attract,develop and retain talent combined;(6)to strengthen the protection of urban services,improve the city’s well-being feel. |
