| Communication is an important part in human resource management practices,and the success in human resource management practices depends on the result of communication.Communication in university human resource management is more important because it is different from other public departments.The research will find the problems in communication and interpret the causes of the problems by using human resource management communication theory,public sector human resource management incentive theory and other relevant theories through analyzing the features and the status quo collected in the interview survey of the teaching staff(except for leaders in higher and middle party and department management position)in different job positions,and of different education experiences,different job titles,and different service periods in Guizhou universities of five types(i.e colleges and universities led by provincial government,colleges and universities led by the local government,colleges and universities dependent on other colleges and universities,higher vocational colleges,and vocational colleges led by non-government organizations).Because different cultural backgrounds create different cultural psychology and thinking mode among people,and people in different cultural backgrounds often have different reactions to the same communication information.Therefore,when interpreting the causes of the problems existing in the communication of human resource management in Guizhou colleges and universities,it is necessary to broaden analytical thinking to deeply analyze the cultural psychology and thinking mode formed in the context of Chinese culture,to interpret the common characteristics of Chinese cultural psychology and thinking mode of Chinese people from the cultural perspective,to probe the influence of communication feature in colleges and universities in human resource management,and finally propose corresponding suggestions to solve the problems existing in human resource management in colleges and universities in Guizhou.The purpose to do this is to provide useful references to communications for the human resource management in domestic colleges and universities,and also to call for the attention of scholars to improve the western human resource management communication theory and public department resources management incentive theory to instruct thinking and research on the effectiveness of communication of Chinese human resources management,to enrich the theory to make it more suitable for Chinese,and finally to enhance its effectiveness in guiding human resource management practices in China. |
