Research On Poverty Alleviation By Talents Under The Trinity Poverty Alleviation Pattern

The poverty problem is a composite problem,including not only the economic layer,but also the cultural,social and other aspects.It may be said that the history of human development is a poverty history,eliminating the common target that is needy to be all mankind.The COMMUNIST Party of China has been developed for hundreds of years,and it has led the whole nation in winning the battle against poverty and eradicating absolute poverty in all respects,thus forming a poverty-lean road with the Chinese characteristics.A review of the history of poverty alleviation in China shows that poverty alleviation has always been carried out under a “trinity” pattern,that is,multiple forces and measures have been combined and supported by each other,including special poverty alleviation,sectoral poverty alleviation and social poverty alleviation.At the same time,the CPC has constantly summed up its experience in practice,broken the traditional “blood transfusion” poverty alleviation model,and fundamentally eliminates the new ways of eradicating poverty.In this way,the government attaches great importance to the power of human resources in poverty alleviation.To give full play to the power of human resources,the Chinese government has issued a series of policies for poverty alleviation through human resources,constantly improving the system,mechanism and environment for poverty alleviation through human resources,and the performance ensures that talent poverty alleviation is ensured.Against the background of the “trinity” poverty alleviation pattern,this paper discusses the development process and the effect of poverty alleviation by talent based on the characteristics,the importance and the policy situation of talent alleviation with Chinese characteristics,and analyzes the difficulties and summarizes the experience.From the overall structure,the article comes from the concept,Marxism classical writer’s thought of poverty alleviation and Chinese talent poverty alleviation theory.Secondly,based on the formation process and content of the pattern of poverty alleviation with Chinese characteristics,the policy system of talent poverty alleviation is summarized in stages,and the important embodiment of talent poverty alleviation in the pattern of poverty alleviation is discussed.Furthermore,the development situation is discussed in terms of the difference between the talent poverty region differences and the specific lifting conditions,the effects and shortcomings of poverty alleviation by talent through discussing the mechanism,environment and efficiency of poverty alleviation are discussed.Finally,it summarizes the experience and value of Chinese talent poverty alleviation as a whole.In the article,talent poverty alleviation is always lean as a starting point and foothold of the full-text writing.Through the research on talent poverty alleviation under the “trinity” poverty alleviation pattern,it provides a solid talent team for poverty alleviation to thoroughly solve the poverty problem and achieve common prosperity.The talent poverty alleviation mode with Chinese characteristics has further enriched the poverty alleviation pattern,promoted the Sinicization of Marxist anti-poverty theory,and finally formed the poverty alleviation road with Chinese characteristics,making China’s contribution to the world poverty reduction.
