| Under the information education strategy promoted by the state,the research,development and application of virtual laboratory based on virtual reality technology have become the focus of new experimental teaching and research.Introducing virtual laboratory into chemical experiment teaching and breaking through the traditional experiment teaching method can not only effectively solve some problems that are difficult to carry out chemical experiment in reality,but also promote the development of virtual experiment itself.This study aims to rely on the use of virtual reality technology to assist chemistry teaching.In this paper,Unity 3D is used to design chemistry experiments with 3D experimental models and realistic learning scenes,including the overall design and functional design of virtual chemistry experiments,scene design and release of finished products.The virtual chemistry experiment is applied to junior middle school chemistry classroom to explore students’ learning effect and acceptance of virtual chemistry experiment.The specific research process mainly includes the following aspects:First,study the definition of relevant concepts and theoretical basis.Through literature analysis,the literature about chemical virtual experiment at home and abroad was analyzed and sorted out to provide theoretical guidance for later virtual chemical experiment.At the same time,the theory of guiding practice is expounded,and the guiding significance of the theory to the research is expounded.Second,junior middle school chemistry teaching status and demand analysis.By investigating chemistry teachers and students in middle schools,we can master their views and demands on virtual reality technology,understand the current development status of chemistry teaching in middle schools,sum up the existing problems,and make a macro grasp of the feasibility of practical development.Thirdly,the design and development of virtual experiment system.The learning object is clearly defined,the content obtained and functional requirements are combined with the "Iron smelting" exploration experiment,the experimental process is clearly defined,the function of virtual experiment system is realized on the Unity3 D engine,and experimental demonstration,experimental operation and experimental assessment modules are created,in order to design and develop the virtual experiment model that meets the knowledge cognition of middle school students.Fourthly,the application effect verification of virtual experiment.In the virtual simulation experiment environment,learners can explore and learn using their body perception and experience,carry out experiments,and use questionnaire survey method to obtain the use effect of learners.The conclusion proves that the application of virtual chemistry experiment in chemistry teaching can effectively improve students’ learning effect,enhance their experimental operation ability,and students have a positive attitude towards virtual chemistry experiment teaching,which can provide reference for the chemistry experiment teaching in middle schools in the future. |
