Information technology plays an important role in educational reform.How to effectively integrate information technology into education and teaching has become a hot research topic for educators in recent years.Augmented Reality(AR)technology has been considered by Horizon Report as one of the most likely modern information technologies to change education for many years,and is widely used in education and teaching by virtue of its virtual,visual and interactive characteristics.AR has congenital advantages especially in spatial location and three-dimensional geometric expression.The solid geometry knowledge of junior high school plays a connecting role in the solid geometry learning of junior high school.It is the teaching goal of junior high school solid geometry to connect solid geometry with three views and draw three views of simple solid geometry.However,since the students mainly learn plane geometry in junior high school,when they first contact with three-dimensional geometry,due to insufficient spatial ability and limited expression of teaching AIDS,teachers and students respond that this has been a painful and difficult teaching.Based on this,this study proposes to introduce AR technology into junior high school mathematics teaching.Taking "projection and view" as the breakthrough point,a teaching resource is developed by using AR interactive technology,in order to help junior high school students learn solid geometry knowledge and improve their interest and confidence in learning mathematics.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part describes the research background,and then puts forward the research questions.Through literature analysis,it summarizes the research status of AR technology in the field of mathematics by domestic and foreign researchers,and explains the necessity and feasibility of developing AR geometry teaching resources.The purpose,significance,content,method and thesis framework are also introduced.The second part describes the concepts of AR,AR teaching resources and mathematics teaching resources,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various AR devices,and concludes that intelligent mobile devices have a wide range of application scenarios in teaching.This paper discusses the cognitive load theory,embodied cognition theory and constructivism learning theory to provide theoretical basis for scientific and rational design and application of teaching resources,as well as the enlightenment of these theories to the research.The third part through the interview method and questionnaire investigates,the demand for teachers,students’ demand for learner characteristics,teaching target,teaching content and teaching strategies were analyzed,and the following teaching resources development under the premise of the method of combining the education teaching theory,the design of teaching resources,and introduces in detail the development of principles,ideas and framework.The fourth part describes the reasons for choosing Unity 3D as the development platform and related development tools,and introduces in detail the construction,UI,recognition graph,3D model,video and audio as well as the development and realization of AR function of AR teaching resources development environment.After repeated testing of AR teaching resources,the teaching resources are released.The fifth part will develop the AR application in classroom teaching of teaching resources,and through interview and questionnaire research method,to collect the teachers’ evaluation of teaching resources and the change of the students before and after the application information,including the students’ knowledge level,learning attitude,acceptance of teaching resources,teaching resources effective conclusions.The sixth part summarizes the conclusions and innovations of this research,reflects on the limitations of the research,and on this basis puts forward improvement plans and looks into the future research work.Conclusion: Through the mathematical geometry teaching case supported by AR teaching resources,this paper stimulates students’ learning interest and motivation,improves teaching efficiency and effect,and verifies that AR technology is of great significance to mathematics teaching and has a wide application prospect and value in the field of education. |
