| In the new era,under the influence of COVID-19 and information technology,tra ditional teaching methods can no longer meet the needs of information-based teaching in colleges and universities.Blended learning combines the advantages of network te chnology and traditional classroom,leading to a new teaching reform.As the main po sition of teaching reform in colleges and universities,undergraduates become practitio ners and innovators under blended learning,the undergraduates’ ability of online learn ing is a test and challenge.Undergraduates need to be well prepared for blended learni ng,and good learning preparation will lay a foundation for the improvement of blende d learning effectiveness.Therefore,how well undergraduates prepare for blended lear ning and in what aspects they need to improve will become the focus of this study.This research adopts the methods of questionnaire survey,interview,and statistic s analysis to study the blended learning readiness of N university undergraduates.Firs t,this study sorts out the research status of learning readiness and blended learning at home and abroad through literature review,and takes COVID-19 pandemic as the bac kground of this study and undergraduates as the research object.Next,by referring to the mature questionnaires and scales in the existing research topics,and based on the s cientific theoretical basis,the questionnaire of undergraduate blended learning readine ss is prepared according to the characteristics of the survey objects.Finally,investigat es 402 undergraduates randomly and analyzes blended learning readiness scale of und ergraduates.Combined with interviews,the status and existing problems of undergrad uates’ blended learning readiness were obtained,and corresponding solutions were pro posed accordingly.This research draws the following conclusions: First,the learning a ttitude is incorrect and learning motivation is poor;second,lack of self-efficacy with l ow learning efficiency;Third,basic skills and learning foundation is missing;Fourth,poor self-control ability and chaotic learning plan;Fifth,the interaction enthusiasm an d in-depth discussion is deficient.In order to promote the improvement of undergraduates’ learning readiness and i mprove the effect of blended learning.It is suggested that students should correct their learning attitude and enhance their learning motivation.Improve learning skills and u pdate information reserves.Make reasonable learning objectives and enhance self-ma nagement ability.Teachers should provide diversified curriculum resources to stimulat e learning interest.Implement multiple evaluation system to improve self-efficacy.Pr omote the development of professional community and strengthen the interaction betw een teachers and students.Schools should ensure the quality of facilities and support s ervices to improve online learning experience. |
