With the promotion of the 13th Five-Year Plan for the development of national education,the massive stride forward of education informatization2.0 era and the challenge and thinking of online education under the epidemic,and the traditional way of teaching and learning and learning environment has undergone qualitative changes due to the large-scale online education.The online education with the integration of science and technology leads the innovation of educational formats.And the application and popularization of e-learning space is of great significance to the development of educational informatization in China.However,there is no doubt that there are a number of factors affecting the practical application of e-learning space.Therefore,the paper focuses on the influencing factors and countermeasures of primary and secondary school teachers’ willingness to use e-learning space for this reason.The core problem points to the factors affecting the use of e-learning space and its mechanism in order to reveal the influencing factors of primary and secondary school teachers’ willingness to use e-learning space and provide suggestions and countermeasures.This study takes primary and secondary school teachers in Nan Chang City Jiangxi Province as the research objects,making use of such methods as literature research,questionnaire survey,data analysis,interview and the structural variance model approach.At the very beginning,the influence mechanism model of primary and secondary school teachers’ willingness to use e-learning space is introduced through the literature research method.Secondly,after two rounds of content validity evaluation and questionnaire item content identification survey,the questionnaire is obtained;Next data is analyzed by SPSS and Amos software,constructing,verifying and modifying the model.In addition,on the premise of extensive access to relevant literature,the author compiled an interview outline suitable for this study after consulting relevant experts and professors such as provincial teaching researchers.Finally,according to the modified structural equation model combined with the interview results,this study summarizes the research conclusions and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures.The main conclusions of this study are like following:The variables of the influencing factors of this study are determined and the scale and model are compiled through combing the literature;The revised mechanism model of primary and secondary school teachers’ willingness to use e-learning space is obtained via the model test;According to the fitting results of structural equation model,the impact of various variables on teachers’ willingness to use e-learning space is confirmed;The structural equation model fitting data gets further support through the actual interviews.On the basis of the research results above,several strategies to improve the willingness of primary and secondary school teachers to use e-learning space are put forward:Improve the learning usefulness of e-learning space and optimize the resources and functions of e-learning space;Lay more stress on the humanistic care of teachers and improve the performance expectation of e-learning space;Strengthen the publicity of e-learning space and expand social influence;Create the pleasant environment and get users eager for the immersive experience;Put emphasis on the differences of users and distinguish the groups of e-learning space.
