| Teachers’ professional development has always been the focus of educational research.With the deepening of basic education curriculum reform,the cultivation of teachers’ teaching practice wisdom has gradually attracted people’s attention.Teaching practice wisdom is a wisdom kit to improve teachers’ professional quality,promote pupils’ physical and mental health development,and improve the quality of rural primary education.It can’t be acquired through teachers’ explanations,but gradually accumulated in real teaching practice through continuous reflection,learning and internalization,and communication and interaction among teachers,which means it can be cultivated.Studying the generation path of rural primary school teachers’teaching practice wisdom is of great benefit to promoting rural teachers’ professional development,improving teachers’ professional happinessand promoting the development of rural education.Where teachers’ teaching practice wisdom comes from,what factors affect the generation of teaching practice wisdom,and what ways are resultful to cultivate teachers’ teaching practice wisdom are the core issues of this paper.The cultivation of teachers’ practice wisdom depends not only on the subjective initiative of individual teachers,but also on the teaching environment in which teachers live.This study used qualitative research such as interviews,observations,and data review to study the work and life of a rural expert teacher in depth in order to gather first-hand information,and to explore key events in the different stages of professional development and the performance characteristics of rural teachers’teaching practice wisdom at each stage.Through sorting out relevant information,this paper analyzed the internal factors and external conditions that influence the generation of teaching practice wisdom of rural expert teachers,and concluded that the external conditions that influence the generation of teaching practice wisdom mainly include the difference of students’ learning state between urban and rural schools,the school-based characteristics of rural teachers’ professional development,and the support of family,friends and schools for teachers’ work.The internal factors that influence the generation of teaching practice wisdom mainly include the change of mentality towards rural education,the correct understanding of rural students’ situation,the relentless pursuit of teachers’ professional development and the self-cultivation of rural education sentiment,etc.From this,it is concluded that the main paths for the generation of teaching practice wisdom are:focusing on school-based professional self-development,reflective learning based on teaching problems,actively seeking support from a good external environment support,exploring the innovation of curriculum and teaching mode and devoting to the cultivation of rural education sentiment. |
