On March 18,2019,General Secretary Xi Jinping made it clear at the National School Ideological and political Theory teachers’ Symposium that ideological and political theory courses should be offered gradually and spirally in primary and secondary schools,and that "moral education should run through the whole process of school education".Therefore,it is important to strengthen the construction of ideological and political integration.The concept of the integration of ideological and political education is put forward from the perspective of the integration of moral education,which is the form of the integration of ideological and political education.Under the background of strengthening the construction of civic morality and the integration of overall education,the research on the integration of moral education shows a positive trend of development.As an important link in the process of moral education,moral decision is an important dimension of individual moral ability.Moral situations in daily life require individuals to make moral decisions and take corresponding behaviors,ranging from whether to help an old man who falls down on the street to moral events that affect other people’s lives.Different decision-making behaviors have different influences.Therefore,learning to make correct moral decisions is of great significance to the development of personal character and the harmony of social life.Empathy is the ability of individuals to empathize with others when witnessing their experiences,and it is an important factor affecting moral decision-making behavior.At present,the academic circle has obtained abundant academic achievements in the theoretical research and practical application of moral decision-making and empathy,but there is still a lack of empirical research on the overall development of moral decision-making and empathy ability of college and primary school students.Therefore,based on the research background of the integration of moral education in universities,primary and secondary schools,this paper takes students from the fourth grade of primary school to the fourth grade of university as the research object,and collects a total of316 valid questionnaire data and behavioral experimental data.Study found that:(1)in general,organizing students’ moral decisions are affected by their empathy ability,the students’ ability of empathy and moral decision-making has significant positive correlation,and empathy to the positive prediction function on the students’ altruistic decision,namely,the higher the students’ ability of empathy,moral dilemma in decision-making in the more altruistic tend to make a decision.(2)There is a rapid development stage in students’ empathy ability.The empathy ability of primary school students develops rapidly from grade 4 to grade5,while the empathy ability of middle school students,high school students and college students is stable.(3)The moral decision-making of college students is characterized by stages of moral development.On the basis of theoretical research and empirical research,this paper continues to discuss the application value of empathy cultivation to the integration of moral education in universities,primary and secondary schools,and how to specifically cultivate students’ empathy ability in different students,and promote the development of moral decision-making behavior.On the whole,we should continue to improve the integrated design of moral education,and optimize the objectives,content,evaluation methods and teacher training of universities,primary and secondary schools.The moral education model with the characteristics of learning section is adopted in the education level of large,middle and primary schools: the primary school pays attention to guiding perceptual empathy experience,the middle school pays attention to normative empathy education,the university strengthens moral theory and practice education,highlighting the value guiding function of empathy and morality;And give full play to the educational role of family and society in different growth stages of students,to cultivate students’ empathy ability,promote the development of moral decision-making behavior to create a good educational environment.
