| As the focus of undergraduate teaching gradually shifts from pursuing the completeness of the discipline to meeting the needs of the society,the talent training model of Outcome-based Education(OBE)is increasingly recognized and generally accepted by the education community.How to adapt the traditional function-oriented teaching quality management system to this new teaching concept has become a key problem that must be studied and solved for the smooth implementation of the OBE model.Therefore,this paper applies the quality management system theory of quality science to the quality management of undergraduate teaching,and systematically studies the general attributes,specific components and basic principles of operation of the undergraduate teaching quality management system based on the OBE talent training model.The research work is validated through case analysis.The main research work completed in this paper is as follows:(1)Analysis of undergraduate teaching quality based on OBE talent training model.The teaching quality management system serves the realization of the quality objectives of personnel training.The quality objectives of personnel training determine the specific process of personnel training,and the personnel training process determines the structure and attributes of the teaching quality management system;through the teaching of the OBE professional personnel training model The process research,analyzes the hierarchy of teaching quality objectives and the four dimensions of system effectiveness,adequacy and suitability,extracts the basic attributes that the teaching quality management system under the OBE model should have,and summarizes the traditional teaching quality.Comparison of attributes and characteristics of management systems.(2)Research on undergraduate teaching quality management based on OBE talent training model.The level of teaching quality goals determines the level of teaching quality management;the undergraduate talent training process is based on the teaching process of specific courses,and the teaching quality of courses is the core content of teaching quality management.Therefore,from the perspective of short-sighted cognitive bias of behavioral economics,this paper analyzes the quality of course teaching behavior,and then establishes a course teaching quality management system.Based on this,further research is made on the three levels of quality management content of majors,colleges and schools and the teaching quality management system based on the elements of the process.(3)Research on undergraduate teaching quality management system based on OBE talent training model.According to the basic attributes that the teaching quality management system should have under the OBE talent training mode,on the basis of the undergraduate teaching quality management research of courses,majors,colleges and schools,a goal-oriented multi-objective and multi-level teaching quality management system structure is established.;Clarify the constituent elements and main contents of the teaching quality management system at all levels,and explain the basic principles of its operation;the teaching quality management systems at all levels of courses,majors,and colleges operate independently of each other and serve the quality goals of talent training at this level.Realization,which is composed of organic connections as a whole,serves the realization of the quality goal of training high-level talents.(4)Research on the reconstruction of the undergraduate teaching quality management system of a university.The research results are actually applied to guide the reconstruction of the undergraduate teaching quality management system in a university,and the basic principles that should be followed in the reconstruction of the teaching quality management system are given.The specific content of the document introduces the operational performance of the reconstructed teaching quality management system.The effective implementation of the OBE talent training model needs to be based on the corresponding teaching quality management system.The research results of the thesis can provide useful theoretical guidance for the construction,reconstruction and improvement of the teaching quality management system at all levels of courses,majors,colleges and schools based on the OBE talent training model. |
