Research On The Management Of Network Public Opinion In Colleges And Universities Under The Background Of New Media

The development of network informatization has promoted the continuous development of new media.Currently,the information disseminated by new media is playing an increasingly important role in the establishment of student values ??and the establishment of public opinion guidance,which brings certain challenges to the public opinion management and student management of colleges and universities.In this study,with the research of university network public opinion management strategies under the new media environment as the research goal,the current situation of university internet public opinion management research is summarized using literature survey methods,case analysis methods,and questionnaire survey methods.The research is sorted and summarized,and the relevant theories and existing practical experience on the processing of online public opinion in colleges and universities are summarized,and the silent spiral theory and the multi subject collaboration theory used in the research are explained.Explore the advantages and disadvantages of the methods used in the public opinion handling cases of different universities and the existing problems,combined with the current foreign research strategies,further explore the current domestic public opinion management problems and the reasons for the problems.In the handling of online public opinion in the multimedia environment,there are problems such as old management content,slack management organization,and imperfect management organization construction.The causes of the problems are unreasonable organization settings,failure to conduct public opinion prevention and control drills,and lack of professional talents.Put forward opinions and suggestions on the construction of public opinion management team in colleges and universities,the construction of public opinion management platform,the construction of public opinion management emergency mechanism,and the ways and methods of public opinion management,so as to make reference for the further strengthening of public opinion management in colleges and universities.
