| The "Kindergarten Work Regulations" mentions that the four aspects of physical,intellectual,moral and aesthetic aspects are mutually infiltrated and integrated,and one of the key measures to promote the physical and mental development of young children is the scientific development of children’s physical activities,which cannot be replaced by other educational activities.The Guiding Outline for Kindergarten Education(Trial Implementation)states that kindergartens need to work closely with families and communities to create conditions for the growth of young children using multiple resources.Home co-education has built a bridge of communication between kindergartens and families,and the sports activities held by kindergartens in this perspective are a new type of education model,and there are still few domestic research on this field,and many problems are encountered in the implementation stage.This study provides new ideas for future early childhood education,guides parents to actively participate in early childhood education,and improves the physical health level of young children.Based on the "human development ecology" theory and the overlapping influence domain theory of Brenfinbrenner,this study investigates the current situation of physical activities carried out by kindergartens in Zhengzhou city from the perspective of home co-parenting,and uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,case analysis method,field investigation method and other research methods to investigate the form and content,activity time and frequency,venues and equipment,teachers and teaching materials of kindergartens under the perspective of home co-education.At the same time,50 teachers and 500 parents in 10 kindergartens were analyzed on the attitudes of physical activities carried out by kindergartens and home co-education activities carried out by kindergartens,and corresponding strategies were proposed for the above problems,and finally the feasibility of the strategy was confirmed by typical cases,providing practical experience for future home co-education activities.Through the investigation and analysis,the following conclusions are obtained:(1)Parents and teachers have conflicts in ideology and concepts.(2)The content of sports activities carried out by kindergartens from the perspective of home co-education is relatively single,and at the same time,due to the impact of the epidemic in the past two years,parents cannot enter kindergartens.(3)The family and the kindergarten cannot coordinate and unify in time,which hinders the communication between the home.(4)The sports equipment in parent-child sports activities is single,and the functional type of sports activity venues is incomplete,and the area of activity venues is limited,which does not meet the construction of kindergarten activity venues from the perspective of kindergarten floors and facilities.(5)There is a general shortage of male kindergarten teachers,and full-time physical education teachers are not popularized.In view of the above problems,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward :(1)to strengthen the scientific guidance of parents’ family education and help parents to renew the concept of parenting.At the same time,parents can be organized to learn sports knowledge through various channels.As a teacher,we should first attach importance to the status and role of parents when carrying out home co-education activities.Secondly,as a teacher to have a sense of responsibility and role awareness,seriously treat every home co-education activities.(2)Regulating parents’ behavior with relevant policies can also improve the quality of home co-education activities.In order to solve these problems fundamentally,it is necessary to improve and perfect the whole home co-education system and encourage the development of novel parent-child sports activities.(3)Kindergartens should develop in harmony with families and communities,and network resources can also be used.Kindergartens can take advantage of parents’ professional advantages and provide educational resources for children.Communities should fully mobilize forces and external resources from all aspects,enrich the content and form of parent-child sports activities,improve community sports facilities,and actively assist kindergartens to carry out parent-child sports activities.Kindergartens can also use network resources to let parents know the goals and content of home co-education activities more quickly when parents are not able to enter the kindergarten.(4)Public kindergartens should focus on sports in terms of funds,not only on the development of children’s "intellectual education",but also on the construction of kindergartens in strict accordance with the size of the site and site facilities required in the document.Private parks should actively look for a variety of fund raising channels,increase the investment in children’s sports activities.(5)The kindergarten should absorb male teachers into the team of preschool teachers.At the same time,the kindergarten should raise the recruitment threshold when recruiting physical education teachers,and the corresponding welfare benefits should also be improved.It is necessary to strengthen the training of physical education teachers,and constantly improve the professional quality and teaching ability of teachers. |
