| Taekwondo is a kind of confrontational winning event which takes the leg as the main attack means and the fighting as the core.It originated on the Korean Peninsula and has since become popular and popular worldwide.Taekwondo was established as an official event in the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games,which opened a new history of taekwondo development.In2003,it was officially included in the World University Games.China began to select and send university athletes to participate in world-class taekwondo events and achieved many achievements,which provided an opportunity for the vigorous development of Taekwondo sports teams in universities in China.The development of taekwondo group C sports team in colleges and universities in Henan province started late,the results in national competitions are not ideal,there is no outstanding gold medalist,there is still a lot of development space.Through the use of literature,investigation,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and other research methods,this paper takes the status quo of taekwondo c group sports team management in colleges and universities in Henan Province as the research object.Analyzing and summarizing the current situation of taekwondo group C sports teams in colleges and universities in Henan Province,the following conclusions are drawn: 1.The athletes’ cultural course foundation is weak,and there are contradictions in learning and training.The frequency of weekly training is relatively low;The number of athletes participating in the competition is less,and the competition level is relatively low;Single incentive means for athletes;Athlete life management consciousness is weak;Athletes lack time management consciousness and reasonable control of time.Second,the teachers of Taekwondo GROUP C in colleges and universities in Henan province are abundant;The age structure is ideal and relatively young.Teaching years are relatively short;Balanced gender structure;Education and sports level are generally higher;The teaching content is more comprehensive,the training arrangement is relatively reasonable;However,group C coaches do not have many training times and have few opportunities to go out to study.The coaches have good comprehensive quality,strong scientific research ability and high academic level.Third,the source of funds is relatively single,lack of adequate financial support;The use of sports funds mainly focuses on the athletes’ participation,daily training and the purchase and update of sports equipment,facilities and venues;Athletes competition awards,coaches competition awards,training expenses,sports team medical rehabilitation expenses are relatively less.Iv.The taekwondo GROUP C sports teams of six universities in Henan province have different facilities and lack of medical guarantee measures.Sports teams are not equipped with medical supplies,which is not conducive to timely treatment of injuries.5.The number of taekwondo c group athletes in six universities in Henan province is not balanced.On the basis of this,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the development of taekwondo c group sports teams in colleges and universities in Henan Province.Countermeasures: first,improve the recruitment channels,increase the number of athletes,expand the source of sports team students.Second,strive to build an integrated sports team management mode of "culture,live,training,competition and medicine".3.Improve coaches’ welfare and salary.Fourth,strengthen the construction of teachers,forge a team of elite coaches,and improve the "soft power" of coaches.Fifth,broaden the source of funds and strengthen the construction of venue facilities.Suggestions: 1.Broaden the channels of athlete enrollment,and tilt the enrollment policy to improve the base of group C athletes;Improve the learning enthusiasm of cultural courses,reasonable regulation of learning and training time;Improve the frequency of weekly training,training content should have professional training plan;Improve the number and level of athletes in group C,and increase competition exchanges with universities;Increase incentives for athletes to compete,grant bonuses and subsidies in time,and introduce subsidy policies for athletes;To strengthen the life of athletes fine management,training athletes time concept.2.Strengthen the construction of taekwondo GROUP C coach team in Colleges and universities in Henan Province,and constantly improve the teaching ability and comprehensive level of the coach;Improve the content of taekwondo training course to ensure the training arrangement is relatively reasonable;Improve the training times of coaches,increase the opportunities for coaches to go out to study;Strengthen the organic combination of academic research and sports training.Three,broaden the source of funds channels,through multiple channels to raise funds;Dig deeply into the economic value of sports teams and seek corporate sponsorship;Promote taekwondo culture concept,promote the popularity and popularization of taekwondo,seek social donations and help.Iv.Increase the construction of taekwondo training venues in colleges and universities in Henan Province,improve the level of venue hardware facilities,and ensure that the training of group C sports teams can be carried out normally.5.Strengthen the standardized organization and management of taekwondo group C sports teams,introduce the policy of introducing outstanding athletes,and attract outstanding taekwondo talents from all over the country;Improve the number and quality of group C athletes,increase the talent reserve of group C athletes,and strive to achieve balanced development of group C sports teams of the six universities.
