Self-confidence and team awareness are a complex and intertwined pattern of psychological activities,which promotes people to have the courage to accept new knowledge,new things and new partners.Existing studies have shown that good self-confidence and team awareness can significantly improve people’s learning efficiency,while good self-confidence and team awareness can also significantly inhibit people’s anomie behavior,and can also effectively promote the formation of individual social network.In October 2020,the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council issued the "Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Physical Education in the New Era",which even required that school physical education is to cultivate students’ patriotism,collectivism,socialist spirit and hard work.The will quality of upward and tenacious struggle realizes the unique function of sports intelligence and sports heart.Basketball is a sport in which both sides of the game engage in intense offensive and defensive confrontation under specific rules,time and space.It is both a collective event and a comprehensive event.And the general law of reducing errors and seeking accuracy.Athletes should not only have good physical quality,superb technical and tactical ability,but also have high intelligence and good psychological quality.A large number of studies have shown that basketball can promote the development of personal physical and mental health and is an effective means to improve students’ psychological quality.It can shape positive,confident and healthy attitudes in students.Through the communication and cooperation in the game,you can make new friends and form a friendly and mutually helpful interpersonal relationship.Therefore,according to the requirements of primary school students’ physical development,combined with the characteristics and laws of primary school students’ physical and mental development,the study uses basketball practice to intervene in primary school students,and tests the effect of basketball practice on primary school students’ self-confidence and team awareness after the experiment.To explore the effect of basketball practice on the self-confidence and team consciousness of primary school students.This research adopts literature method,survey method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method,and uses basketball skill training as an intervention method,taking some fourth-grade students of a primary school in Zhengzhou as the experimental object,and then conducts a two-month,weekly 3 times(Monday,Wednesday,Thursday)after school using the basketball practice intervention.Intervention time The planned length of time is about 60 minutes.Before and after the experiment,students were tested with self-confidence and team awareness questionnaires.After data analysis,the following conclusions were drawn:(1)After eight weeks of after-school basketball practice,the self-confidence level of the experimental group has improved to a certain extent.Therefore,it can be concluded that adding basketball practice after class can effectively improve the self-confidence level of the primary school students.(2)After eight weeks of after-school basketball practice,the team awareness level of the experimental group students has improved to a certain extent,so it can be concluded that adding basketball practice after class can effectively improve the team awareness level of elementary school students.And came up with the following recommendations:(1)It is recommended to appropriately increase basketball practice or other sports practice after class for primary school students,which is conducive to improving students’ mental health and personal morality,such as self-confidence,team awareness,etc.while improving the students’ institutional level.In addition,when teaching or practicing for primary school students,try to get rid of the traditional and boring technical learning and training methods,and design the games and situational chemical exercises that primary school students like,which can improve the interest and enthusiasm of primary school students in learning and practice,and ultimately better achieve the teaching goals.(2)The school should use various activity opportunities to promote the entry of basketball into the school,make basketball or sports into the daily learning of students,and actively carry out home-school cooperation,use parent resources,and parents should also actively cooperate so that students can Effective use of extracurricular time to practice basketball or other team sports can improve self-confidence and team awareness on the basis of physical exercise. |
