The teaching ability of PE teachers is an important factor affecting the quality of PE education.The teaching ability of PE teachers in rural junior middle schools affects the quality of PE education in rural compulsory education.The countryside junior middle school physical education teachers in rural teachers is a special group,one of the teachers of junior high school students are in adolescence,both in terms of physical,or psychological aspects in a relatively large change,the countryside junior middle school physical education teachers to support students in junior high school students physical and mental health,healthy personality and the lifelong physical exercise habit.Rural junior middle school physical education teachers through physical education to help junior middle school students to deal with the pressure,hard exercise,so that junior middle school students physical and psychological mature development,which is also the rural physical education five education simultaneously,comprehensive education important teaching goal.The existence of these subjective and objective realistic factors put forward higher requirements on the teaching ability of rural junior middle school PHYSICAL education teachers.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the influencing factors of rural junior middle school PE teachers’ teaching ability and put forward suggestions for improving rural junior middle school PE teachers’ teaching ability and the healthy growth of teenagers.It also provides intellectual support for local education departments and school leaders to deepen education and teaching reform,improve the teaching ability of rural middle school PE teachers,and promote the sustainable development of rural middle school PE education.The Study used literature method,survey method,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,in the countryside junior middle school in henan province sports teachers teaching ability influence factors as the research object,to rural each township middle school physical education teachers in henan province as investigation object,understand the basic situation,the countryside junior middle school physical education teachers analyze the present situation and influencing factors of junior middle school physical education teachers teaching ability,and puts forward the feasible training strategy,It provides basis for improving the teaching ability of PE teachers in rural middle schools in Henan Province.The specific conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the research needs,after conducting interviews and empirical research,the teaching ability of rural junior middle school PHYSICAL education teachers is determined by the method of expert rating and interview,including teaching design ability,teaching implementation ability,teaching evaluation ability,teaching innovation ability,teaching research ability and sports competition ability in 6 categories.The factors affecting the teaching ability of PE teachers in rural junior middle schools can be divided into four aspects: social factors,school factors,teachers’ factors and environmental factors.(2)The survey of social factors shows that the economic level of education policy teacher training system and social expectation are important factors affecting the development of teachers’ teaching ability.Education policy can support the development of physical education teachers’ teaching ability,but for the actual situation of rural junior middle schools,it is difficult to implement the policy;And the local economic development level is not high,give rural junior middle school physical education and physical education teachers financial support is limited;Physical education teacher training system is not perfect,physical education teacher training results can not maximize the radiation role;The social factors that affect the teaching ability of PE teachers in rural junior middle schools are the lack of understanding of PE teachers by parents,school leaders and social masses.(3)To the school,the survey found the countryside junior middle school physical education teachers in henan province school education teaching management equipment facilities are the direct factors affecting the development of physical education teachers teaching ability The existing main problem is the school education idea deviation,school teaching practice less activity,physical education teachers teaching ability exercise opportunity is less,limited the sports teachers’ teaching ability development;In addition,the school teaching evaluation method is not scientific,most schools have no written teaching evaluation rules;Objective factors that lead to unfair opportunities for PE teachers’ professional title evaluation are also negative school factors that affect the teaching ability of PE teachers in rural junior middle schools.(4)The investigation of teachers’ own factors shows that PE teachers’ teaching attitude,knowledge reserve,teaching experience,self-renewal,teaching enthusiasm,communication ability is an important factor affecting the development of teachers’ teaching ability.Rich teaching experience,able to timely deal with other accidents;Strong communication skills,good at communicating with teachers and students;However,some rural junior middle school PE teachers have a strong sense of job burnout,not high teaching enthusiasm,lack of knowledge reserve and awareness of knowledge renewal,which seriously affects the teaching ability of PE teachers.(5)The investigation of environmental factors shows that PE teaching environment,living environment and cultural environment are the important factors that affect the development of teaching ability of PE teachers in rural junior middle schools.The teaching environment of PE teachers in most rural middle schools in Henan province is poor,and the more serious phenomenon is that PE teaching equipment and facilities are not perfect and the standard rate is low.In addition,the investigation of some rural middle school PE teachers family economic pressure,poor living environment inside and outside the school,weak sports culture atmosphere,PE teachers teaching ability development lack of strong environmental support,affecting the improvement of PE teachers teaching ability.
