| On the stage of the 2021 Tokyo Olympic Games,The Chinese women’s football team finished at the bottom of the group.We have to admit the gap is significant between us and European women’s football team,no matter in general physical quality,special physical quality or technical and tactical aspects.SAQ training is a popular training method in European and American countries,which is applied to most youth football clubs and semi-professional teams.SAQ training is characterized by flexible and interesting training content and comprehensive training combined with the ball,which can improve the special physical quality required by football players.The special physical quality of soccer players is one of the important factors to win in the match,and the better development of the special physical quality of teenage female soccer players become the most important question.With the main purpose of improving the special physical quality of junior high school female football players,this paper introduces SAQ training to train junior high school female football players and verifies whether SAQ training is effective with the help of experimental intervention.It also analyzes various factors of their differences,and provides insights and ideas for scientific and efficient training of young female football players.This study adopts the method of literature,empirical research,experimental method,Statistical and logical analysis of data to explore the influence of SAQ training on the special physical quality of junior high school female football players.In this experiment,32 junior high school female football players in Lanzhou were selected as experimental subjects,which were divided into experimental group(N=16)and control group(N=16).The experimental group took SAQ training,and the control group took routine special physical fitness training.Test index selection in April 2021,the Ministry of Education and body Wei Yi department jointly issued by the 2021 national youth campus football camp team selection test method ",mainly examines the athletes speed,change to run with ball,dribbling,passing,shooting,speed,endurance and other special physical quality of the comprehensive test program for testing.Through 8-week intervention,the athletes of the two groups of special physical fitness index results were detected,and the results were analyzed.The research results show that there was no significant difference in the test indicators of the specific physical fitness of the two groups of athletes before the experiment(p>0.05),which provided a basis for the experiment.After 8 weeks of experimental intervention,experimental group and control group have different degrees of improvement in improving the special physical quality of junior high school female football players.Among them,the experimental group sprint running,running with the ball,dribbling change,quadrangle passing and catching the ball had significant differences compared with the control group,and there was no significant difference in catching the rebound ball,shooting over the bar and sprinting after shooting.It can be confirmed that SAQ training and routine special physical fitness training have certain differences in improving the special physical fitness of junior high school female football players in Lanzhou,indicating that SAQ training can promote the development of special physical fitness of junior high school female football players in Lanzhou.Through analysis of two series of data after the experiment,SAQ training has a better effect on improving the special speed,chance sensitivity and coordination of women at Lanzhou High School,while conventional special physical fitness training has a better effect on improving the speed sustainability and special strength of Lanzhou High School female athletes.SAQ training has various forms,which can help junior high school female football players improve their nerves and muscles,and at the same time,better improve their multi-directional sports ability and enthusiasm in training,so as to achieve effective incentive promotion effect.However,it is relatively weak in speed endurance and special strength,because the training plan follows the principle of SAQ training short time and multi-direction movement ability.It is advocated that coaches should make appropriate choices when carrying out relevant exercises,so that athletes can achieve the best training effect within a certain training time. |
