become the second largest examination in China after the college entrance examination,and the "postgraduate entrance examination economy" As early as 2005,according to the market survey,there were1.17 million people who took the national postgraduate exam.If the cost of preparing for the exam was 2,500 yuan per candidate,we would see a market close to 3 billion yuan.With the increase of the number of postgraduate entrance examination students and the increase of postgraduate entrance examination cost in recent years,this big cake has reached 3.3 trillion yuan.Many people see business opportunities to join the postgraduate entrance examination industry and want a share,but the lack of relevant laws and regulations makes the postgraduate entrance examination training market,Coupled with the outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic in 2020,it has brought many problems and challenges not only to students and parents who choose postgraduate entrance examination training institutions,but also to teachers,class teachers,senior management,and even to the government and the whole society.Beijing,as the political and economic center of our country,is the most concentrated city of many colleges and universities,which has laid a solid economic and student source foundation for the postgraduate training market.The teaching methods of postgraduate entrance examination are mainly divided into two forms: online teaching and face-to-face teaching.Among them,many large chain postgraduate entrance examination training institutions have set up "devil’s training camp" and adopted the management mode of centralized and closed training.Students’ daily study and life are completed in the training camp,which undoubtedly brings good news to those students who lack self-control and have poor self-control,and improves the efficiency of students’ review and the success rate of passing the initial test.However,this training mode is still in the stage of exploration and improvement,so there is still a lot of room for improvement in class management,lecture management and course management.As the core competitiveness of postgraduate entrance examination institutions,an important criterion for students’ balance and a key factor for government audit,teaching management has far-reaching research value.This paper will adopt the research methods of case analysis,statistical analysis,questionnaire and interview survey to study the teaching management of postgraduate entrance examination in Beijing.First of all,the paper introduces the research background and significance of this paper,and the research results of this subject in domestic and foreign literatures,and defines some important concepts such as education and training institutions,postgraduate training,teaching management,etc.Secondly,it discusses the supply and demand theory,government regulation,public governance theory,service marketing theory,human resource management theory,SWOT analysis,PEST analysis,STP analysis and other important theoretical foundations.Then,through interview,questionnaire survey,case analysis and other research methods,this paper analyzes the present situation of Beijing postgraduate training teaching management,summarizes the problems existing in the quality of teaching management personnel,teaching management content,teaching management methods,etc.Then,it traces the root of the problems from three aspects: government,postgraduate training market,public power,and draws lessons from other regions in China,individual postgraduate training institutions and foreign off-campus training in teaching management.Finally,the solutions are given from three angles: government,postgraduate training market and public power.This paper goes deep into students,class teachers,lecturers and other stakeholders involved in training management,presents the current situation and existing problems of training management for postgraduate entrance examination to readers in an all-round way,traces the root of the problems from three angles: the government,the training market for postgraduate entrance examination and public power,and combines the experience of education and training at home and abroad,and puts forward ways to improve the training management for postgraduate entrance examination in the future in the context of COVID-19 epidemic,hoping to help all stakeholders and institutions involved in postgraduate entrance examination training. |
