Research On Innovation Of Sports Scientific Research Results Evaluation Method Based On Scientific Research Big Data

As the core link of scientific research management,scientific research achievement evaluation undertakes the important task of allocating academic resources and promoting the transformation of achievements.However,at this stage,limited by the ove rall evaluation environment and the characteristics of subject evaluation,the evaluation of sports scientific research results exposes major problems such as black-box operation,"Matthew effect",lack of avoidance mechanism,and inconsistent evaluation standards,ignoring the scientificity and rationality of evaluation.It has seriously hindered the further prosperity and development of sports science.In this sense,the research adopts research methods such as the literature method,the research method,the content analysis method,and the analytical hierarchy process.From the perspective of academic governance and academic evaluation reform,combined with the concept of big data technology and the real evaluation of the results of scientific sports rese arch,it is based on classification evaluation,multivariate evaluation.Evaluation is the core evaluation concept,a platform-based evaluation method is proposed,and it is systematically researched and analyzed: First,analyzing the development process of the method of evaluating the achievements of scientific research in my country,it analyzes the problems and dilemmas of the evaluation of scientific research achievements at this stage;The status and characteristics of sports science disciplines,combi ning the development of methods of evaluation of results of sports science research,systematically analyzes the status of application and deficiencies of methods of evaluation of results;thirdly,based on the concept of big data technology,presents the innovation of evaluation methods of sports scientific research results based on Imagine big data platforms;finally,comprehensively analyze the application requirements and functional architecture of the platform-based evaluation method,build a key evaluation index system and apply the evaluation method empirically.The results of the study are as follows:(1)From a longitudinal perspective,the development of methods for evaluating the results of scientific research in my country can be divided into th ree phases,namely the administrative review phase as the main one and the expert review as a supplement,the peer review as the main one,the quantitative evaluation as a supplement,the evaluation of the journal as main,and the expert review as a supplement.Other methods are supplementary steps.At present,although methods of evaluating the achievements of scientific research in my country have been developed for decades,a large number of successful experiments and classic cases have been accumulated.However,with the deviation from the evaluation orientation and the excessive quantification of evaluation standards,the methods of evaluating the results of scientific research in my country have exposed three key problems : first,the original academic intention is lost,and the innovation of achievements is lacking;second,peer review is declining,and quantitative evaluation is strong;Academic misconduct is frequent and the evaluation is unfair.(2)After decades of rapid development,sports science has gradually passed through the exploration process from extensive exploration and explosive growth to integration an d calm,shrinking development.At the same time,the evaluation method of sports scientific research achievements is derived from the evaluation method system of scientific research achievements with Chinese characteristics,which can be roughly divided into four stages,namely weak foundation,evaluation blank stage,preliminary development,administrative-expert evaluation stage,exploration and development,peer-quantification stage Evaluation stage and rapid development,reform-comprehensive evaluation stage.At this stage,although the evaluation of sports scientific research achievements can measure the value of the results,there are m any problems,especially the evaluation method problem.(3)From the perspective of demand analysis,platform-based evaluation relies on the big data platform,combines the technical characteristics and concepts of big data,integrates the characteristics of sports science disciplines and achievement types,and takes classified evaluation and multiple evaluations as the core evaluation ideas,from intelligent The comprehensive evaluation of the achievements in three aspects: evaluation,open evaluation,and peer evaluation meet the needs of academic governance and evaluation reform to a certain extent.(4)Based on the principles of combining systematicness and simplicity,combining qualitative and quantitative evaluation,and combining dynamic and static e valuation,a key evaluation index system for platform evaluation is constructed,and weights are given to each index.Among them,peer evaluation is still the core evaluation link of sports scientific research achievement evaluation,and open evaluation and intelligent evaluation can be used as an important auxiliary reference for peer evaluation.(5)The platform-based evaluation has a better empirical effect and can measure the value of sports scientific research results to a certain extent.Compared with the traditional sports scientific research achievement evaluation method,this method guarantees the authority of expert opinions and the professionalism of achievement evaluation with peer evaluation accounting for the largest evaluation weight.The public evaluation through open platform users emphasizes the b readth of evaluation opinions.The dynamic nature of the evaluation results also makes up for the one-time and static insufficiency of the original evaluation and ensures the real-time reflection of the value of the results.
