Research On The Construction Of Daqing Spirit Into The Campus Culture Of Petroleum University

Standing in the perspective of history and the overall situation,Xi Jinping has made several important speeches on the spirit of Daqing,stressing that the nurturing value of the spirit of Daqing should be given full play and that it should be constantly given a new contemporary connotation.Since its inception,the spirit of Daqing has played an important role in nurturing people and has trained a large number of outstanding talents for the development of the oil industry.In the new era,we should pay more attention to the inheritance and promotion of the spirit of Daqing,the fit between the spirit of Daqing and the campus culture construction of petroleum colleges and universities,and better integrate the spirit of Daqing into all aspects of the campus culture construction of petroleum colleges and universities,so as to promote the implementation of the fundamental task of establishing moral education in petroleum colleges and universities.This paper takes the spirit of Daqing and the campus culture construction of petroleum colleges and universities as the object of study.Firstly,through the literature research method,the current situation of integrating the spirit of Daqing into the campus culture construction of petroleum colleges and universities at home and abroad is fully studied and analysed.Secondly,on the basis of grasping the relevant concepts and theories,using the survey research method,through questionnaire surveys of students and interviews with teachers in four petroleum colleges and universities,we understand that the current work of integrating the spirit of Daqing into the campus culture of petroleum colleges and universities has achieved certain results,but there are still individual goals of integrating the spirit of Daqing into the spiritual culture construction of petroleum colleges and universities that are not prominent,the influence of material culture construction on individuals is not profound,the institutional The quality of campus culture activities needs to be improved,and the effectiveness of network culture construction still needs to be grasped.Finally,through an in-depth analysis of the shortcomings and causes in the process of integration,improvement measures for "integration" are proposed in terms of clarifying the objectives of integration,strengthening education,giving play to role models,highlighting cultural connotations,innovating methods and carriers of integration,and improving the guarantee system.
