With the development of science and technology and the promotion of teaching reform in China,top talents are placed with great hope.The state puts forward the training plan of top innovative talents,aiming at the top people and their different fields,aiming at developing the knowledge and ability of top talents,and paying attention to the all-round training of top talents.How to effectively select and cultivate potential top talents will become the focus of current talent training research.In recent years,many educational researchers have done a lot of research on the selection and teaching training of top talents,but the effective selection of top talents is still facing great challenges,and the teaching training mode needs to be improved.Based on this,this study from the perspective of top talent selection and teaching training,the main contents are as follows:(1)A survey of top students ’ thinking ability.The literature research method is used to understand the essential thinking ability and the characteristics of thinking ability of top students.The relevant data reflecting students ’ thinking ability are obtained by issuing questionnaires,and the data are processed.(2)Classification modeling of top students based on random forests.Through the analysis of learners ’ ability characteristics,the importance of affecting students ’ ability characteristics is determined.Based on the analysis of students ’ ability characteristics,the random forest algorithm is used to establish the student classification model,and the students are classified according to the main characteristics affecting students ’ thinking ability,so as to select the top students,and the classification results are verified.(3)Design of PAD class for top students.In view of the characteristics of top students,under the guidance of relevant teaching theoretical basis,the diversified teaching method is applied in the process of PAD class,and the specific design of each link of PAD class and teaching evaluation method is given.(4)Teaching practice and teaching effect analysis for top students.The above mentioned teaching mode is applied to the cultivation of top students,and the teaching practice is carried out.The teaching effect is analyzed through student achievement,student classroom behavior and questionnaire survey,in order to provide some reference for the cultivation of top students.
