The Linkage Mechanism Between Social Workers And Volunteers Research

Under the social governance concept,social organizations are endowed with the responsibility of collaborative participation.The Chinese government advocates and promotes the time bank model to give full play to the social governance efficiency of social organizations,which plays an important role in the healthy growth of social organizations and social governance innovation.Community,as the smallest unit of society,is the primary working field for social organization to exert its effectiveness.As the core personnel of social service and public service organizations,social workers and volunteers can play a role of the whole being greater than the sum of its parts,thus promoting the long-term development of community governance.However,at present,there is little cooperation between social workers and volunteers in China,and the linkage logic and mechanism between the two is not clear,resulting in the dispersion of resources and service deviation,and in a sense,also affects the play of the linkage function of the two.Previous studies on the interaction between social workers and volunteers mainly focus on the description of the superficial level,such as significance,problems and countermeasures,while the analysis of the connotation and mechanism of the interaction neglects the interaction process between the two and lacks of continuous discussion on the practice of the interaction between the two.This research adopts qualitative research methods,based on the collaborative theory Angle of view,with the interaction of social workers and volunteers as the breakthrough point,to explore the practice of social workers and volunteers linkage,analysis the content of the social workers and volunteers linkage,way and logic,and on this basis,to explore the linkage mechanism,social workers and volunteers And put forward the social workers and volunteers linkage optimization strategy.Relying on the time bank project,the linkage practice between social workers and volunteers is mainly based on five aspects:accurate identification of community development needs,establishment of linkage system,activation of voluntary organizations,good point management,and expansion and integration of resources.From the perspective of linkage mode,based on the analysis framework from the perspective of synergy,the linkage mode includes institutionalized linkage of competition-interest conflict,contractual linkage of competition-interest consistency,communication and linkage of cooperation-interest conflict,and project-based linkage of cooperation-interest consistency.From the perspective of linkage logic,social workers and volunteers constitute the linkage rule of contract management,the linkage node of resource allocation,and the linkage goal of health management.Based on this,the linkage mechanism between social workers and volunteers from the perspective of collaboration is a dynamic mechanism,integration mechanism,incentive mechanism and guarantee mechanism,which is driven by need,integrated by voluntary consciousness,encouraged by point management,and guaranteed by resource outreach and integration.The linkage mechanism between social workers and volunteers takes dynamic mechanism as the core,integration mechanism and incentive mechanism as the bridge,and guarantee mechanism as the condition.The interaction mechanism between social workers and volunteers feeds back to each other and adjusts the strategy and direction in the interaction process.Therefore,this study proposes that the path optimization of the linkage between social workers and volunteers should be started from four aspects:system construction,volunteer participation,linkage subjectivity and linkage platform construction..
