As an important part of mathematics teaching,homework undertakes the task of cultivating students to analyze problems and comprehensively use mathematical knowledge to solve problems.Through students’ homework,educators can timely understand the learning situation and provide basis for adjusting teaching content;The completion of homework can also train students’ self-control,develop independent learning ability and form good learning habits.However,in today’s fierce competition in education,homework has become a tool to improve students’ academic performance.Too much and too difficult homework that does not conform to students’ cognitive rules will cause students a greater learning burden and limit the play of homework functions.Therefore,the state has introduced the Double reduction policy with moral education as the fundamental task.The learning of "number and algebra" in grade seven is characterized by abstraction,symbolization and strong logic in the application of concepts and related problems.The homework design of this part requires teachers to consolidate exercises and cultivate students’ mathematics core literacy on the basis of implementing the Double reduction policy.Based on this background,the paper mainly uses the literature method to define the core concepts,determine the direction of the research problem and provide ideas for the strategy.Interview method and questionnaire method are used to formulate teachers’ interview outline and students’ questionnaire to provide basis for the problems existing in the current situation survey.By analyzing the survey results,124 students who participated in the questionnaire chose written homework in the types of math homework often assigned by teachers;95.16% of students chose teaching materials,exercises or exercise books and other auxiliary materials in the content of math homework assigned by teachers;85.48%of the students chose that teachers never assign homework at different levels;In addition,96.77% of the students chose teachers correction as the most commonly used homework correction method.Through the analysis of the results,the author draws the following conclusions on the problems existing in the current situation of the homework design of the two chapters of rational number and integral addition and subtraction: the content and form of homework is relatively single;the stratification of homework is difficult to implement;the feedback consciousness of homework correction is not strong;and the teachers lack of design consciousness.In view of the existing problems,the author tries to put forward corresponding strategies to solve the problems:To establish mathematical homework objectives,focus on students’ development;Enrich the content and form of homework to enhance the fun of math homework;Hierarchical design of homework to satisfy the different needs of students;Homework correction evaluation is diversified,and students get real feedback.
