| The National Athletics Championships for Middle School Students is hosted by the China Middle School Students Sports Association and the China Athletics Association.It is the highest-level track and field competition for middle school students in the country and an important stage for testing school track and field teaching,training and talent delivery.However,the decline of some performances in the 2020 World Championships for Secondary School Students is contradictory to the vigorous development of the track and field boom in China.The contradiction between the two highlights the problems of my country’s track and field development,resulting in the limitations of my country’s track and field development.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct an in-depth study on the regional distribution characteristics of the athletics level of middle schools in my country,which is conducive to promoting the comprehensive and sustainable development of athletics in our country.This paper adopts the research methods such as literature data method,interview method,mathematical statistics method and gray prediction,based on the theory of competitive sports area,according to the standings of each participating area,using cluster analysis method and GIS software analysis method,according to the speed In this way,we can scientifically divide the athletic areas of sports,endurance,fast strength and all-around categories,analyze the regional distribution characteristics of the athletics level of middle school students in my country,explore the factors that affect the differences in the athletics level of middle school students in my country,and reveal the athletic strength pattern of middle school students in my country.Middle schools in China clearly define their own track and field strength positioning and provide a basis for comprehensive sustainable development.Concluded as follow:1.In the 16th-19 th National Middle School Student Athletics Championships,from the point of view of the total scores of the men’s and women’s teams,there are large differences in the level of athletics in different regions,showing an uneven distribution.Central China has the strongest strength,followed by North China,and the northwest and northeast regions have the weakest athletics level,and the overall athletic strength weakens from east to west.2.In terms of speed category items,Hunan is a speed advantage area,Guangdong is a sub-advantage area,Chongqing,Shandong and Beijing are potential advantage areas,and the backward areas are mostly the northwest and northeast areas,and the gap between the regions is huge.3.In the endurance category,Beijing is the dominant area for endurance,Hunan and Chongqing are the sub-advantages,Sichuan and Shandong are the potential dominant areas,and there are many backward areas with a small percentage of points.4.In the fast power category,Beijing is the dominant area of fast power,Hunan is the sub-advantage area,and Zhejiang,Shandong,Xinjiang and Chongqing are the potential dominant areas.There are many backward areas,the proportion of points is small,and the level of competition is the highest.weak.From the perspective of the pattern,the development of different levels and regions is extremely uneven.5.In the all-around category,Hunan and Beijing are the all-around dominant areas,Zhejiang and Henan are sub-advantage areas,Guangdong,Hainan and Shandong are potential dominant areas,and there are many backward areas and the weakest competitive level.6.After using the grey prediction method to predict the results of the 20 th midfield competition,it is found that the overall athletics level has improved and is on the rise.Among them,the 100-meter,800-meter,high jump,long jump,triple jump and all-around categories are relatively high.Great improvement,but some throwing events have dropped. |
