Research On Governance Of Internet Rumor Propagation Based On Uncertainty Theory

In the Internet era,mobile terminals are widely popularized,and social networks have developed rapidly,breaking through the time and space constraints for the spread of online rumors.In particular,social network media represented by wechat and microblog provide a hotbed for the generation and dissemination of rumors.The openness and convenience of the Internet,as well as the anonymity and universality of rumor spread,lead to the continuous succession of Internet rumors.Therefore,it is particularly important to evaluate the spread intensity of Internet rumors,refute rumors pertinently,timely evaluate the effect of refuting rumors,timely feedback and timely adjust governance strategies to curb the spread of Internet rumors.Based on the uncertainty theory,this thesis establishes the uncertain programming model for spreading rumor refutation information,applies the uncertain comprehensive evaluation method to the new field of network rumor governance,and studies the spread governance of network rumor.This thesis studies the methods to evaluate the spread intensity of Internet rumors,the characteristics and modes of rumor refutation information dissemination,and the evaluation methods of rumor refutation effect,so as to provide effective countermeasures for the governance of Internet rumors.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:Firstly,based on the uncertainty theory,the propagation intensity of Internet rumors is evaluated by using the uncertainty comprehensive evaluation method.According to the characteristics of Internet rumor propagation in the era of we media,this thesis constructs an EPGMS index system for the evaluation of rumor propagation intensity.On this basis,this thesis makes a comprehensive evaluation and measurement of the spread intensity of Internet rumors,so as to judge the spread intensity level of rumors,and gives an example to verify it.Finally,this thesis puts forward the corresponding governance countermeasures from the macro and micro aspects according to the intensity level.Secondly,an uncertain rumor refutation information dissemination model considering multiple constraints is constructed.This thesis discusses the governance of network rumor propagation in an uncertain environment,establishes an uncertain planning model for publicizing rumor refutation information,and refutes rumor by means of government leadership and cooperation with other network rumor refutation platforms.On the basis of considering the spread intensity of Internet rumors,taking the expectation of maximizing the effect of rumor refutation as the objective function,and considering the cost and risk,multiple practical constraints such as the attractiveness of rumor refutation information and the authority of Internet rumor refutation platform are added to the model to find suitable rumor refutation platforms for rumor refutation and publicity.In order to make the government and other decision-makers better apply the uncertain rumor refutation information dissemination model in practice,finally,a numerical example is used to compare the rumor refutation information dissemination model considering a variety of realistic constraints with the rumor refutation information dissemination model without realistic constraints,which proves the superiority of the rumor refutation information dissemination model considering realistic constraints in rumor refutation.Finally,the IPA evaluation index system of multi angle rumor refutation effect evaluation is constructed,and the uncertain comprehensive evaluation method is used to comprehensively evaluate the rumor refutation effect.Based on the theoretical analysis framework of network rumor refutation,this thesis constructs an evaluation index system of rumor refutation effect,which includes three dimensions: the characteristics of rumor refutation information,the characteristics of rumor refutation subject and the characteristics of rumor refutation audience.Combined with the "Shuanghuanglian" rumor incident during COVID-19,the empirical analysis is carried out to verify the scientificity and feasibility of the evaluation index system and evaluation method,and the strategies to enhance the effect of rumor refutation are also given.This thesis creatively applies the uncertain comprehensive evaluation method to the evaluation of the spread intensity of network rumors and the comprehensive evaluation of the effect of propaganda and refutation,and constructs the EPGMS evaluation index system and IPA evaluation index system.In addition,the uncertain programming model is applied to the publicity of rumor refutation information,the uncertain publicity and rumor refutation combination model considering multiple constraints is established,and the rumor refutation information publicity mode dominated by social managers such as the government and coordinated by various network rumor refutation platforms is studied,so as to provide new research ideas and methods for the dissemination and governance of network rumor.It is helpful to study new strategies to improve the effect of rumor refutation and curb the spread of online rumor,which has a certain practical application value.
