Research On Budget Management Of Basic Education Construction Project Based On Value Project

Basic education construction projects have a large national scale and the proportion of investment.Reasonable control can maximize the social benefits of government funds.Since the reform and opening up,with the continuous development of our national economy,basic education construction attaches great importance to by the CPC Central Committee and booming,but for a long time,Due to there is no advanced and rigorous budget estimate management method,system and process in the early stage of the project construction,the phenomenon 0f total investment over budget estimate is serious.Therefore,on the basis of the site work practice.First,the theoretical research and research review of value engineering theory and project investment control theory are carried out,which provides theoretical support for the subsequent case study;Secondly,in the way of questionnaire survey,through the questionnaire reply of 56 participants of basic education construction projects,the current situation of the budget estimate management of some basic education construction projects was obtained,and the problems existing in the budget estimate management of basic education construction projects were analyzed and summarized;Thirdly,with the budget estimate of the A primary school construction project as the research object,the management results of the current budget estimate management method and the management results of the value project budget estimate management method are compared and analyzed,showing that the value engineering theory can not only effectively meet the needs of users in the process of budget estimate management,but also make the project budget estimate more reasonable and accurate;Finally,combined with the application process of value project in the process of project budget estimate management,the implementation suggestions of budget estimate management based on value project in the basic education construction project are extracted.Although the research in this paper is based on the budget estimate management of A primary school construction project,which has certain pertinence and specificity,the budget estimate management based on value project can not only be used to conduct research on basic education construction projects,but also have a practical reference role for other projects.
