| In the context of the new college entrance examination,the career planning education of high school students is of great significance.At present,the state has not put forward accurate standards for career planning education,which leads to the lack of clear understanding of the purpose and content of career planning education by schools and career planning instructors,and hinders the effective implementation of career planning education of ordinary high school students.This research adopts the research methods of questionnaire,interview and education statistics to grasp the current situation of career planning education in X ordinary high school in Jilin City from the four dimensions of career planning education purpose,education content,education approach and education evaluation,analyze its existing problems and influencing factors,and then put forward suggestions to improve the career planning education in ordinary high school in combination with theory.The survey results show that the current situation of career planning education of an ordinary high school student in Jilin is at the general level.Under the influence of multiple factors such as society and school,x high school in Jilin Province has problems such as vague purpose of career planning education,boring content,single way and imperfect evaluation system,which seriously hinders the development of career planning education in ordinary high schools and greatly weakens the positive impact of career planning education on high school students.In order to effectively solve the problems existing in the career planning education of senior high school students,it should be carried out synchronously from multiple levels,such as school,home school cooperation and so on.Improve the existing career planning education system,improve the professional quality of the overall teacher team through training and the introduction of talents,and provide the basis for the development of career planning education for ordinary high school students. |
