With the deepening of the curriculum reform of basic education, the Ministry of Education has made the cross-school comprehensive physical education and interdisciplinary comprehensive education as the current focus of work, changing the current situation of the curriculum structure that emphasizes subject-based too much, too many subjects, and lack of integration. And implement curriculum integration, construct a comprehensive curriculum framework to promote the all-round development of students.Teacher collaboration is in response to the needs of curriculum integration.Teachers with different expertise form a teaching team, make full use of various teaching resources such as schools, families, and society, and adopt flexible and diverse teaching methods to promote the process of curriculum integration.Teachers’ collaboration is implemented in curriculum integration and teachers design integrated curriculum with joint efforts, the two promote each other and develop together.By combing through a large number of literatures on curriculum integration and teacher collaboration, this study found that scholars have done a lot of unilateral research on the two,but there is little in-depth exploration of teacher collaboration in curriculum integration,so the research space of this paper is established. The research first explains the core concepts of "curriculum integration" and "teacher collaboration" from a theoretical perspective, and the necessity of teacher collaboration in curriculum integration is demonstrated from three aspects:the characteristics of curriculum integration require teacher collaboration, the cultivation of students’ core literacy calls for teacher collaboration, and the professional development of teachers requires teacher collaboration. And analyzes the characteristics of teacher collaboration in curriculum integration:heterogeneity and complementarity of collaborative subjects, flexibility and comprehensiveness of collaborative content, the openness and creativity of the collaborative form.Based on the above research, taking G Primary School as an example which is carrying out curriculum integration, through on-site field research, with interviews, content analysis and other methods, this paper explores the current situation of teacher collaboration in curriculum integration from a practical point of view.First of all, using SWOT analysis method to make an overall analysis of the conditions for teacher collaboration in G primary school;secondly,it systematically presents the process of teacher collaboration in curriculum integration of G primary school:jointly formulate the curriculum integration planning of school, collaboratively select integrated content and design curriculum, collaboratively implement some discipline integration experiments, collaboratively evaluate and reflect on curriculum, actively carry out case study and training, and collaboratively adjust and deepen integration in exploration. In this process, the forms of teachers’ collaboration in G primary school include school-based training within the discipline, interdisciplinary subject preparation, and interdisciplinary project research. In the context of curriculum integration in G Primary School, not only the curriculum integration has achieved fruitful results, but also teacher collaboration has achieved great results. It not only promotes the professional development of teachers, the comprehensive literacy of students has been comprehensively developed, but also creates cultural atmosphere of collaboration and cooperation for the school. However, there are inevitably some problems in the promotion of curriculum integration, such as insufficient depth of teacher collaboration, alienation of collaborative process, and single collaborative content. The root causes are lack of teachers’ curriculum integration ability, the long-term existence of "individualism" culture, the prominent contradiction between working and learning, the deep-rooted influence of the discipline teaching model, and the absence of management evaluation system. Therefore, based on the actual situation of the case school,in order to improve the effectiveness of teacher collaboration, strategies for optimizing teacher collaboration in curriculum integration are proposed:build a teacher collaboration platform and stimulate teachers’ awareness of collaboration;improve integration literacy of teachers and implement professional teacher training;establish teacher collaboration team and clarify the division of responsibilities among members;improve the teacher evaluation system and enhance the motivation of teacher collaboration.
