Research On The Challe Nges And Countermeasures Faced By Ideological And Political Education Of College Students Along The Border Of Yunnan

The ideological and political education of college students along the borders of Yunnan is an important part in this field in our country.It undertakes the important task of providing talent support and intellectual support for the construction and advancement of the border areas of Yunnan,and at the same time plays an irreplaceable role in maintaining the security and stability of the border.Currently,there has been some inadequacies that need to be resolved pressingly in the concrete work.In addition,foreign negative factors and border social contradictions continue to impact the ideological concepts and value orientations of college students,which will exert wide influence on the ideological and political education of college students in Yunnan bordering colleges and universities.There are many challenges,not only related to the development of education in Yunnan’s border areas,but also to the harmony and stability of Yunnan’s borders.Thence,it is considerable to discuss the challenges and coping strategies faced by college students’ ideological and political education in Yunnan border colleges.Based on the location characteristics,ethnic characteristics and international characteristics of Yunnan’s border areas,this research explores the challenges and coping strategies faced by local college students’ ideological and political education.First,it lists systematically and sums up the accomplishments of the ideological and political education of college students in the border regions of Yunnan,and clarify the present status of development;The challenges and causes of ideological and political education faced by college students in Yunnan border colleges and universities from four aspects: subject,object,mediator and ring body of political education.This paper put forwards countermeasures from four fields: improving the construction of teachers’ team,enhancing the ability of ideological identification and prevention of college students,improving contents and methods and building an overall optimized environment.All in all,it is meaningful elements to discuss the challenges and countermeasures faced by local college students’ ideological and political education based on the actual development of Yunnan’s border areas.It’s essential to keep the harmony and stability and promote high-quality development in the border areas of Yunnan.
