| Boxing side kick is the most frequently used action with great attack power in wrestling.It is mainly that every movement of the lower limbs can be completed only with the cooperation of the upper body.In the fleeting competition,the reaction speed and time of wrestlers will directly affect the results.This paper measured the reaction ability of ten athletes,divided the action stages of side kick technology,analyzed the time of different action stages,analyzed the changes of joint angle and joint point velocity of shoulder,elbow,wrist,hip,knee and ankle,as well as the body participation angle of standing posture,holding posture and side kick characteristic position,evaluated the side attack effect of side kick of ten wrestlers,and revealed the kinematic characteristics of side kick technology,Provide theoretical basis and technical support for boxing teaching and training.Research methods:This paper uses Quali Sys 3D motion acquisition and analysis system and con-trex (?)MJ multi joint isokinetic system and other instruments tested the multi position wrestlers with different height,weight,grade and training time.Using relevant software and mathematical statistical methods,the side kick technique was comprehensively analyzed from the aspects of posture structure,upper and lower limb movement characteristics,body balance stability,center of gravity shaking,isokinetic muscle strength characteristics(peak torque(Pt / W n · m)and muscle endurance(ER)value analysis).Research results:1.From the test reaction,the reaction times of 65 kg,70kg and 75 kg are 94.7ms,189.5ms and 499.9ms respectively.From the data,the reaction time of wrestling hands with strong weight is greater than that of wrestling hands with small weight,which reflects that the reaction speed of athletes with large level is slower than that of athletes with small level.2.From the beginning to the end of the side kick: the action time of the four stages of grip,standing,leg lifting and side attack are 0.150 s,0.0918 s,0.1236 s,0.0504 s and 0.0876 s respectively.It reflects that the coordination and regulation of different weights,training lengths,upper and lower limbs have a great relationship with their own center of gravity and strength.3.The average angle of shoulder joint at the three characteristic positions of grasping force of both hands,abdomen and side attack of lower limbs is 95.51 °,86.45 ° and 79.39 °;The elbow angles were 152.15 °,112.31 ° and 168.21 ° respectively;The wrist angles were50.03 °,46.27 ° and 56.28 °,and the average hip angles were 174.12 °,129.09 ° and149.30 °;The knee joint angles were 159.12 °,109.81 ° and 169.08 ° respectively;The ankle angles were 124.49 °,129.07 ° and 159.08 °.Due to different training levels and postures,the angles of shoulder,elbow,wrist,hip,knee and ankle are different in the grip of both hands,abdomen and side attack of lower limbsmore.4.Isokinetic muscle strength characteristics:Isokinetic muscle strength test is to better grasp muscle function and provide scientific and powerful data guarantee for trainingObstacles.Improve muscle strength,endurance and muscle toughness.Six were tested from the peak torque(Pt / wn · m).Joint data and analysis,from muscle endurance(ER)value analysis and other methods to analyze the endurance of each joint muscle.It can be seen that wrestlers with developed muscle groups often have better muscle endurance and better effect on side kick.Research conclusion:1.This paper analyzes the time and reaction speed of side kick from six joints:shoulder,elbow and wrist of upper limb and hip,knee and ankle of lower limb.In order to more accurately evaluate the characteristics of side kick technique.2.According to the data,the reaction time of wrestling hands with strong weight is greater than that of wrestling hands with small weight,which reflects that the reaction speed of high-level athletes is slower than that of low-level athletes.3.The time from the beginning to the end of each wrestler’s technical action is different,because each wrestler’s action technology,habits and strength are different.In attack or defense,the pre action before the action is started is small,the action range is small,and the action technology is fast,which is convenient for better attack or defense.4.Due to different personal training habits,different holding and standing posture,and different pulling strength of both hands,different people have great differences in the angles of hip,knee and ankle when performing technical side kick and touching each other’s lower limbs.5.Immediately before the power stage,the upper limbs of elbow,shoulder and wrist start first,followed by the hip,and finally the knee and ankle,and kick on the power side to reach the highest speed.6.The side stroke effect of high-level boxers is better than that of ordinary boxers,which is closely related to the characteristics of boxers. |
