In the 21st century,China’s population fertility rate has begun to decline,the demographic dividend has gradually disappeared,the urban population is gradually aging,and the burden on the social security system has become heavier.These have become a huge obstacle to China’s economic and social progress.The one-child policy has obviously Not suitable for China’s national conditions.As a result,since 2015,my country has adjusted its birth policy TPF[TPPT.In October 2015,the communique of the Fifth Plenary Meeting of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China pointed out:Adhere to the basic national policy of family planning,actively carry out actions to deal with aging,and implement comprehensive Two-child policy.]FPT,in 2016,began to fully liberalize the "two-child policy",and adopted the "Population and Family Planning Law"(2016)to institutionalize and standardize the fertility policy,and establish the"two-child policy" in the form of law.This article takes the implementation of China’s current "two-child policy" as the research object,takes the implementation of the current fertility policy in Wuzhong District,Suzhou City as a case,and selects relevant data from Wuzhong District,Suzhou City in the past 10 years,and nearly 300 questionnaires are used to demonstrate Analyze the current declining fertility level in Wuzhong District,Suzhou City,the relative shortage of medical resources,and the low willingness to give birth among people of the right age,and draw lessons from the wealth of achievements and experience accumulated in the implementation of fertility policies in other countries,combined with current fertility policies,and targeted It has put forward important measures and suggestions such as establishing a correct concept of fertility,optimizing the allocation of public resources,broadening subsidy channels and promoting related supporting reforms.
