| Since socialism with Chinese characteristics entered a new era,China’s social requirements for talents have been increasing.High school ideological and political courses as the key course of moral education in talent training has been playing an increasingly important role.The introduction of the new "High School Ideological and Political Curriculum Standards" in 2017,as well as the subsequent use of new textbooks,put forward new requirements for the teaching of high school ideological and political courses.In order to make the core quality of ideological and political discipline implemented in the classroom,we should pay attention to the role of management in the classroom,give play to the positive promoting role of classroom management,and put the cultivation of the core quality of the discipline into the classroom management behavior of teachers.This paper mainly discusses from four parts:The first part through the analysis on Chinese and foreign literature and discusses the ideological and political classroom management and classroom management system research,and combined with others to make simple classification research on classroom management behavior:students’ self management,teacher management,interactive cooperation,based on three points to further divided,as observation class and compiled the questionnaire of reference frame;Education teachers and students in the second part of Suzhou high school classroom management behavior questionnaire and interview,delving into the high school education,teachers’ classroom management behavior in three visual dimensions,use of effective tool,has carried on the contrast analysis,factor analysis,such as analysis,understanding greatly improve education teachers classroom management can be discovered,both the positive side,such as:classroom management democracy,degree of ascension,but there are also political education teachers lack of self management,lack of interactive cooperation management specification,etc.The third part focuses on the cause analysis.The present stage of ideological and political classroom management can be explained from four aspects:teacher cognition,teacher behavior training,classroom teaching and external environment.The fourth part gives the countermeasures and suggestions.To update teachers’ understanding of classroom management is the first and foremost to adhere to the political direction of moral education.In order to improve classroom management behavior and optimize teaching,we should pay attention to the principal position of students,take students as the foundation,establish and develop the cooperative community relationship between teachers and students,and make the self-management of classroom groups and students become beneficial factors.This paper deeply analyzes the classroom management behavior of high school ideological and political teachers,puts forward the classroom management behavior that has been improved and needs to be improved,and provides a theoretical basis for changing the classroom management behavior of front-line political teachers.This paper will inevitably have some shortcomings,which will be further studied,modified and followed up in the future work. |
