To explore the effects of different swimming paces on the performance of young triathletes in swimming and running to compare whether there are differences in sports performance and functional indicators after using different swimming paces.Summarize the best pace strategy for the youth swimming and running,and provide a scientific theoretical basis for youth triathlon training and competition.This article uses literature data method,expert interview method,field survey method,mathematical statistics method,test method,mainly through the test method to investigate the influence of different swimming pace on the subsequent sports performance of the youth swimming and running In-depth exploration.With 12 athletes from the triathlon team of the Affiliated Competitive Sports School of Beijing Sport University as the test subjects,the subjects were tested three times with different swimming paces tests.According to the results of expert interviews and references to relevant literature,the swimming pace 100%swimming speed(P100%),90%swimming speed(P90%),80%swimmng speed(P80%),and the subjects in the transition and running stages complete the fastest speed.During the test,the time spent by the athletes in each stage is recorded.After the swimming and running,blood samples are taken to measure the blood lactic acid value,and all relevant data will be collected after the test is over.Finally,the collected data is subjected to repeated measures analysis of variance and correlation analysis through mathematical statistics.The statistical result is:(1)The average stroke frequency of swimmers P100%>P90%>P80%,P100%and P80%have extremely significant differences(P<0.01).The difference in average stroke frequency between male and female athletes is consistent with the overall difference.(2)The P80%change time is faster than P100%and P90%,and the difference between male athletes is consistent with the overall difference.There is a very significant difference between P100%and P80%(P<0.01);there is a significant difference between P90%and P80%(P<0.05).There is a significant difference between P100%and P80%of female athletes(P<0.05);(3)The running time of P90%and P80%,is significantly faster than P100%(P<0.05);male athletes are consistent with the overall difference.P100%and P90%,P100%and P80%,P90%and P80%are statistically significant difference.For female athletes,there is only a significant difference between P100%and P80%.there was a very significant difference between the average pace of P100%and P80%(P<0.01);the best pace of P80%was the fastest,and There is a significant difference from P100%and P90%(P<0.01);the average stride length between P100%,P90%and P80%is not significantly different;the average stride frequency of P80%is the fastest,which is extremely significant compared with P100%(P<0.01).(4)The total time of P100%and P90%and P80%are significantly different(P<0.05).(5)P100%average heart rate,peak blood lactate,and RPE score were higher than P90%and P80%.(6)The correlation coefficients of swimming time,changing time,running time and total time are r=0.84,r=0.70,r=0.95.In summary,this study draws the following conclusions:(1)Different swimming paces have different effects on the performance of the youth triathlon Swimming and running.Judging from the total results of the swimming and running,P80%is the best pace strategy under the three swimming paces.(2)After swimming with a percentage lower than the maximum pace,it is more conducive to improving the running performance of young triathletes,and the running time has the highest correlation with the total time.It is the last item of the swimming and running which is of decisive significance to the outcome of the competition.(3)In the swimming-running races,the swimming stage adopts a percentage lower than the maximum swimming pace to swim.The athletes’ subjective physical strength scores are lower,and the intensity stimulation is relatively small,which is more beneficial to the athletes’ late-course change and running performance,So as to improve the total performance.(4)In this study,the overall trend of the influence of different swimming paces on the running of young triathletes is the same,and there is no difference in gender.
