"Healthy China 2030" puts forward new requirements for the health promotion of people with disabilities.It is one of the important tasks to promote the construction of a well-off people to improve the support and security system for people with intellectual disabilities and construct appropriate service solutions.In the cross-cultural context,a large number of practical research evidences have shown that physical activity and exercise intervention play a role in improving part of the functional ability and maintaining the health status of people with intellectual orphans under the special and Austrian model.In understanding this study subjects before and after the test of physical health and developmental situation,further verify the theo badminton the sport intervention the applicability of the method in the special education school and improve intellectual and developmental disabilities students fitness of the effectiveness of the proposed introduction of special Olympics sports in physical education teaching corresponding development ideas,to a certain extent about mental retardation and autism for PE teachers to provide students of physical education and sports rehabilitation training method,and as experimental object in the development of special education school physical education has a good prospect to provide some experience and theoretical reference basis.In this study,the Special Olympics badminton program was adjusted,and the teaching time for the program was 40 minutes each time,3 times a week for 10 weeks.The intervention involved 17 students with intellectual and developmental disabilities in lower and higher grades of special education schools.To test the indicators of motor development proficiency,to understand the students’ physical coordination,balance and object manipulation,and to explore the implementation effect of the Special Olympics badminton teaching design in the teaching of intellectual disabilities in junior and senior grades.The results showed that(1)the motor development proficiency of the lower grade subjects was significantly lower than the average level,and the performance in the object control field was better than that in the body balance and coordination field,and the internal imbalance was present.The motor development proficiency of the senior subjects is at a relative average level,and the basic motor skills of the senior students are higher than that of the junior students.(2)After 10 weeks of Special Olympics badminton activities,senior students have improved their proficiency in"ACTION"(Ⅰ)development,which is mainly manifested in the following four aspects:touching nose with index finger closed,standing back and forth on both feet with eyes closed,walking in a straight line with 6 steps and catching the ball with both hands.The students with mental retardation also improved their proficiency in"ACTION"(Ⅰ)development,which was manifested in two aspects of body coordination:the opposed-side synchronized exchange jump and the simultaneous tapping of fingers and feet on the same side.(3)The teaching contents and methods of badminton for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities have a positive trial value in the aspect of sports intervention.Suggestions include:(1)At present,the motor development proficiency of all grades of students in special education schools is poor,so the school needs to pay attention to strengthening the training of students’ basic motor skills,so as to lay a foundation for the follow-up study of various sports special skills.(2)Introducing special Olympic sports with rich contents and forms,and expanding and innovating physical education teaching in special education schools.(3)The best way for Special Olympics to enter the campus is the combination of collective teaching and individual training.
