| Under the background of quality education,the country has higher and higher requirements for education.In order to meet the needs of education reform,"small group teaching" as a new type of teaching mode has been gradually promoted and applied.Small group teaching exerts the function of the group and uses the interaction within the group to conduct self-learning and evaluation.Compared with traditional teaching,its advantage is that it can effectively combine teachers and students,maximize the enthusiasm of students to participate in physical education,and It plays an important role in team cohesion,mental health,and learning motivation.Based on previous studies,it is found that the small group teaching model has a wide range of applications in the field of university sports,but the number of studies in the high school stage is relatively small.Therefore,it is necessary to actively explore this field.This study verifies the application effect of the small group teaching mode in high school physical education by comparing with the traditional teaching mode,and looks forward to providing some suggestions for later researchers.This research adopts the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,comparative analysis method,teaching experiment method and other research methods to study the small group teaching mode applied to high school physical education.This research is based on 96 students in the first grade of Fuyang No.3 Middle School.The experimental objects were divided into an experimental group and a control group by lottery.Both the experimental group and the control group were 48 students.During the teaching process,the experimental group used small group teaching,and the control group used traditional teaching.,Mental health,learning motivation,team cohesion,etc.as test indicators,through the analysis of the data of the two groups of students before and after the experiment,the following conclusions are drawn:1.In the high school physical education class,the small group teaching mode and the traditional physical education teaching mode are used to improve the physical fitness of the students to a certain extent,but the improvement effect is not significant.2.The small group teaching model is applied to the high school physical education class,which has a significant impact on improving the mental health of students3.Compared with the traditional physical education teaching model,small group teaching has a significant impact on improving students’ learning motivation.4.The small group teaching model adopts the grouping method of "heterogeneity within the group,homogeneity between the groups",so that students can communicate and learn with each other in the group,and cultivate students’ team consciousness through mutual assistance and mutual evaluation within and between groups.Then improve the team cohesion of students.5.The small-group teaching model has a more significant effect on students’ physical education performance. |
