Research On The Evaluation Standard Of Female U16 Group Special Movement Ability In Traditional Volleyball Schools In China

The traditional volleyball school plays a very important role in promoting the construction of the reserve talents of our country’s competitive volleyball.The teaching and Training Program for Chinese Youth Volleyball is a guiding document for the teaching and training of the traditional volleyball school,among them,the Mobile Test Index and scoring standard are the main basis for the evaluation of the female U16 group’s special mobile ability in our country’s traditional volleyball school "Chinese Youth Volleyball Teaching and Training Outline" was first formulated in 2010 and revised in 2012,the time span of nearly 10 years,in order to verify whether the mobile scoring standards are still applicable to today’s traditional school players in China,whether with the current traditional school U16 women’s volleyball team members of the real results,the program is expected to evaluate the ability to move in the bias part of the revision,with a view to improve the data;This research first uses the literature material method and the Delphi method filter to determine the test index,then through the test method,the mathematical statistics method launches this research,finally formulates the appraisal standard and tests the appraisal standard three steps,finally formulated the "China’s Traditional Volleyball School U16 Group of Women’s special mobile ability evaluation standards," It is expected to provide some theoretical reference for Chinese traditional school coaches to accurately diagnose and evaluate the specific physical ability level of athletes and to apply it to the selection of basic materials.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:1.To determine the 30-meter run,36-meter move and half-meter word move as the test indexes to evaluate the mobility ability of the U16 women’s volleyball team,the results of all the test subjects were compared to check the scoring standards of the movement category in the "Chinese Youth Volleyball Teaching and Training Program",the scoring standards of the 30-meter run and the half-meter word movement were too high overall,and the scoring standards of the 36-meter movement were too low overall,all test results as a whole show non-normal distribution law.2.Using percentile method and deviation method,according to the special movement ability test results of U16 women’s volleyball teams in ten traditional volleyball schools in China,a new grading and evaluation standard was established.After the test data passed reliability test,the normal test of the two scores in the outline and the new grading standard shows that the new grading standard as a whole presents a reasonable and balanced normal distribution law,which proves that the new grading standard is reasonable.
