With the development of national fitness,more and more people participate in sports.As the most common form of sports organization,sports clubs have played an active role in the popularization and dissemination of sports.At present,the number of swimming clubs in my country is increasing,and the number of people participating is also expanding.The social benefits are becoming increasingly significant.However,swimming clubs lacking industry qualifications,good and bad swimming clubs are serving mass sports.With the introduction of club selection and sports examination policies,people are more concerned about The requirements of swimming skills are getting higher and higher.Therefore,it is urgent to establish a set of relatively scientific evaluation standards in line with national conditions to regulate swimming clubs and guide their healthy development.The star rating of swimming clubs is an important tool and method for judging the comprehensive quality of swimming clubs,and it is very beneficial to better carry out swimming popularization activities and cultivate youth reserve forces.This article takes swimming club star evaluation indicators as the research object,taking swimming experts,club managers,etc.as the survey objects,and relies on literature research methods,mathematical statistics and other research methods to construct and study the star evaluation indicators of swimming clubs in my country.The research conclusions are as follows:1.The star rating of swimming clubs is divided into three levels:one-star,two-star,and three-star,which can be evaluated from four dimensions:basic club conditions,club organization and operation,club social service,customer and related institution evaluation,and the four dimensions include a total of Ownership of venue property rights,venue guarantee,safety guarantee,equipment guarantee,other auxiliary facilities,organizational norms,financial guarantee,management norms,service quality,publicity and promotion,membership scale,event hosting and participation,talent training,public welfare benefits,characteristic innovation,member evaluation,Government evaluation,industry evaluation 18 secondary evaluation indicators,can be directly measured and evaluated through 42 three-level indicators.2.Through the calculation and analysis of the weight of the indicators at all levels,the secondary indicators of the star rating evaluation of swimming clubs are more important,such as safety assurance,member scale,participation in the event,talent training,public welfare benefits,member evaluation and government department evaluation,which reflects that the development of swimming events and members is the starting point,the evaluation of members and the government is the development power,and the service to the society and the government is the core To contribute to the society as the goal of evaluation.The number of swimming pools,the number of members,the ability to organize events,sports performance,the number of public welfare activities,characteristic innovation bonus,coaches’professional level,service quality,Sports Bureau evaluation,Health Bureau evaluation and Swimming Association evaluation are more important for the star rating evaluation of swimming clubs,and these indicators are more targeted,It can better reflect the core competitiveness of swimming clubs.3.After empirical research,the swimming club star-rating evaluation standard formulated by this research is realistic and operable,can effectively reflect the real development level of swimming club,and can be applied in practice in the future.
