Under the background of mobile Internet,CBA League ushered in a new development opportunity,put forward a new business development plan,which will focus on the development of fans economy and the creation of network community.Zhihu community is a knowledge sharing community,there are a large number of fans of CBA League,and the relevant information of CBA League is shared by the form of question and answer.This paper will build CBA fans’ knowledge database and question expression database,analyze the data in the database,and summarize the fans’ characteristics of the community network in the CBA League as the research object.From the perspective of knowledge sharing,from the perspective of CBA company,this paper analyzes the characteristics of CBA League fans who know the community network,and draws relevant conclusions and puts forward suggestions.It provides reference for CBA company to make relevant plans.This study,through literature and statistics,systematically combs knowledge sharing,CBA League Fans’ characteristics,CBA League related books,documents,papers and conference reports,finds the trend and deficiency of scholars’ research,and puts forward research views based on the knowledge community as an example.The paper constructs the database of CBA fans’ knowledge and questions expression,and analyzes,describes,differentiates and regression analysis on the characteristics of CBA League Fans.The following conclusions are drawn:first,the inactive fans are willing to share knowledge for CBA League;Secondly,gender characteristics affect knowledge sharing behavior and results;Third,the authentication characteristics have no effect on fans’ recognition;Fourth,the residence characteristics affect the behavior and results of knowledge sharing;Fifth,professional characteristics affect knowledge sharing behavior and results;Sixth,fans of Zhihu community pay more attention to the quality of knowledge sharing;Seventh,basketball culture related issues are more concerned.Finally,this study puts forward the following suggestions for CBA company:CBA league can cooperate with Zhihu community to share knowledge.It is necessary to encourage ordinary fans to speak,set up knowledge sharing plan for female fans,build network community of urban club fans,and share knowledge with professional fans,and pay attention to innovation of knowledge sharing mode.
