| Curriculum is an important element of the talent training system.It is imperative to improve the quality of teaching through the reform of the curriculum in colleges and universities,and provide solid and fundamental learning guarantee for students.In order to combine and condense the curriculum reform and practice of cultivating and shaping outstanding college students in the new era after the establishment of China Football College,this paper takes the curriculum reform of undergraduate coaches in China Football College as the research object,and uses the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,expert interview,mathematical statistics,field investigation and comparative analysis.Through the comparative analysis of the reform contents of curriculum system setting and typical curriculum construction before and after the establishment of the China Football College of Beijing Sport University,and the investigation and demonstration of the undergraduate students in the coaches’ direction class of the 2018 China Football College of Beijing Sport University.This paper makes clear the intention of setting the training objectives of the college,analyzes the advantages of the curriculum system structure,and explores the optimization direction of curriculum content,objectivity of evaluation criteria and the shortcomings in the reform.The main conclusions are as follows:1.After the reform of the direction of undergraduate coaches in China Football College,the new teaching program has become more prominent in the characteristics of the times and projects,focusing more on the teaching needs of applied senior professionals,and becoming more detailed and professional.2.In terms of curriculum,after the reform of the direction of undergraduate coaches in China Football College,the curriculum system is highly consistent with the content of teaching programs,and the classification of curriculum types is more detailed and specific,students’ satisfaction is generally high.3.After the reform of the curriculum goal of "Coach Guidance Practice and Theory",a typical course of China Football College,the emotional goal is relatively general,and lack of certain pertinence and integration.4.After the reform of the typical course of China Football College "Coach Guidance Practice and Theory",the theoretical teaching content is more closely combined with the practice,but there is still a gap in the field of football evolution sports(Futsal and beach soccer).At the same time,the cancellation of football English course does not match the students’ demand.5.Students in the coach-oriented class of China Football College are generally satisfied with the course "Coach Guidance Practice and Theory" in the new training scheme,but in terms of improving the football scientific research ability,it is necessary to further optimize the knowledge supply of related courses.6.The examination and evaluation contents and standards of the typical course"Coach Guidance Practice and Theory" in China Football College fit well with students’ learning priorities at different learning stages. |
