Analysis On The Characteristics Of Technique And Tactics Of Taekwondo Athletes Under The Reversal Phenomenon

In various sports competitions,the phenomenon of the backward athletes coming back to win frequently appears,and there is no lack of this phenomenon in Taekwondo competitions.Most of the literature studied this phenomenon from the perspective of psychology.However,in addition to the good psychological quality,the technical and tactical performance during the competition is also an important factor for this phenomenon.Therefore,how Taekwondo athletes successfully reverse the game through the change of technology and tactics in the backward state needs to be further analyzed.Based on the rules of Taekwondo and relevant literature,this study defines the reversal phenomenon in Taekwondo competition.By collecting and organizing the qualified competitions in the 2018-2019 international Taekwondo competition and making data statistics,Making an in-depth analysis of the characteristics of athletes’skills and tactics under the reversal phenomenon.This study can not only explore the characteristics and trends of technology and tactics under the reversal phenomenon,but also provide theoretical basis and reference for Chinese Taekwondo athletes and coaches to reverse the competition situation through reasonable utilization of technical changes and tactical adjustment when they are legging behind in the comprtition.Taking the characteristics of Taekwondo athletes’ technical and tactical use under the reversal phenomenon as the research object,and using the method of literature data,video observation,mathematical statistics,expert interviews and questionnaires,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)In the third round of the Taekwondo competition,if the lagging team falls behind at the end of both of the first two rounds,the situation in which the score reaches the overtake and and lagging team wins finally is defined as a reversal phenomenon in the Taekwondo competition.(2)Under the reversal phenomenon,in the third round of the game,the front-leg round house kick is the most frequently used technique,and the round house kick is the most scoring technique.The techniques that score the most points in each game are the round house kick,fist techniques and the front-leg round house kick.(3)Under the reversal phenomenon,athletes with lagging scores mainly use forward techniques in the third round of the game,but the success rate of using them is lower than reverse techniques.From the first game to the third game,the percentage and proportion of points scored by forward techniques decreased,while that of reverse techniques increased gradually.(4)Under the reversal phenomenon,the success rate of the use of middle techniques were higher than high techniques in the third round of the game,but the use of high techniques were not the absolute factor that caused the reversal phenomenon.(5)Under the reverse phenomenon,in the third round of the game,offensive tactics are the highest usage and scoring rate,combat tactics are the second,counterattack tactics are the lowest.Compared with the first and second round of the game,in the third round of the game,the use of combat tactics increased significantly.
