Objective:By comparing the biomechanical characteristic parameters of lower extremity joints in male subjects running at different speeds wearing knee pads of different pressure levels,to explore the influence of wearing knee pads of different pressure levels on biomechanical characteristic parameters of human lower extremity joints when running at different speeds.And analyze the role of knee protector for the auxiliary protection of knee protector for fatigue and injury in the rehabilitation training of people,and then find the relationship between knee protector for running and injury prevention.Suggestions are provided for the selection of corresponding knee pads for different running groups,and suggestions are provided for the timing of wearing knee pads for runners.Methods:nine healthy male college students in four types of knee pressure levels(no,low,medium,high)under three kinds of speed(8 km/h,10 km/h,12 km/h)of the running action,using Vicon high-speed infrared motion capture system(200 hz)and BERTEC three-dimensional load treadmill(three-dimensional strain acquisition frequency of 1000 hz)synchronous acquisition subjects when running the kinematics and dynamics of data,each action to collect enough for more than three gait cycle.Visual 3D software was used for data processing,and double-factor repeated measurement analysis of variance was used for statistical analysis of the processed data.RESULTS:When subjects were running at 8km/h and 10km/h,wearing knee sleeve would increase the duration and proportion of right leg support period,while wearing knee sleeve would decrease the duration of right leg support period when subjects were running at 12km/h.At the same speed,wearing knee pads with different pressures has no significant effect on the spatial and temporal indexes of running.When running at the speed of 8km/h and l0km/h,wearing knee pads can reduce the peak value of pelvis forward Angle and motion range.When running at 12km/h,wear knee pads to increase the peak Angle and range of motion of the forward tilt of the pelvis.Knee sleeve wearing will affect the kinematics data of lower limb joints:when running at the speed of 8km/h and 10km/h,the peak flexion Angle and range of motion of hip joint and knee joint will be reduced;When running at 12km/h,increase the peak flexion Angle of the lower hip and knee.At the same speed,wearing knee sleeve will affect the dynamic data of the knee joint:decrease the maximum value of net torque,maximum and minimum value of power of the knee joint.At the speed of 10km/h,wearing knee sleeve had the greatest influence on the maximum and minimum flexion angles of hip joint and knee joint.Research conclusions:(1)Wearing knee pads can indeed affect the biomechanical indexes of lower limb joints at different running speeds,and knee pads can effectively protect the knee joints.(2)The influence of wearing knee pads on the biomechanics of lower limbs during running is mainly manifested in the hip joint and knee joint.(3)High pressure level brings high support effect,but with the increase of kneepad pressure,the range of changes in various indicators is decreasing.From the perspective of taking into consideration both exercise and protection,kneepad of medium pressure is a good choice.
