Government statistics can not only measure the economic and social development of a country or region,but also an important basis for the government to make scientific and reasonable decisions.Once the statistics are distorted,they will cause great harm.Therefore,how to ensure the quality of statistical data and solve the problem of distortion of government statistics is very important.In this thesis,the tamper-resistant and traceable features of blockchain technology are used to study the distortion of government statistics.According to the relevant literature,this paper summarizes the main reasons for the distortion of government statistical data in different periods,and analyzes that the main manifestation of distortion of government statistical data is statistical data tampering.Based on the top-level design and macro-level of government statistical work,this thesis puts forward the system reasons and solutions for the distortion of government statistical data,but these theoretical solutions are easily affected by human factors,which leads to the distortion of statistical data can not be solved well.Therefore,this thesis uses block chain technology,according to its non-tampering and traceable features,and puts forward the government statistics architecture based on block chain technology in the mode of "+block chain ".Then,according to the attributes of block chain technology encryption hash algorithm,Merkle tree,timestamp and other attributes as the internal mechanism to solve statistical data tampering,computer programming using Python language,developing a government statistical data protection system based on block chain technology,the government statistics downloaded by the National Bureau of Statistics as statistical data files,test the system,and describe in detail how to achieve the tamper-proof function of government statistics.The system uses user rights management,key usage,and file hash values to ensure triple protection,as well as an anti-repudiation mechanism formed by hash values,timestamps,and administrator IDs,to fundamentally solve the problem of statistical data tampering and ensure the authenticity of statistical data,to a large extent solve the problem of distortion of government statistics.This thesis not only provides a solution to the problem of government statistical data distortion,but also innovatively proposes a block-chain-based government statistical architecture,develops a block-chain-based data protection system.According to the other characteristics of block-chain technology,the thesis gives a prospect to solve the problem of information island in statistical data distortion.It provides a meaningful reference for the block chain technology to be able to completely resolve the distortion of government statistics and combine it with government statistics. |
