Today,the development of biology in both macro and micro directions is very rapid,and it is having an increasingly large impact on society,economy and culture.This puts higher requirements on the cultivation of talents in the field of biology in China,and the reform of biology teaching in the field of basic education should keep pace with the times.The lecturing method is a long-established teaching method.It has been the most widely used teaching method in the world since its rise.Of course,it is also the most widely used teaching method in high school biology classroom teaching.For a long time,the lecturing method are praised by people for its teaching efficiency and the degree of fit with classroom teaching and occupy a dominant position in teaching methods.However,after a period of time,the use of lectures was misunderstood,resulting in some bad teaching consequences,which led to the controversy of the status of lecturing method in the context of the new curriculum reform,and indirectly led to a result that the current research on lecturing method in biology teaching is getting fewer.But in the face of reality,the lecturing method is still the most widely used teaching method in high school biology teaching.This contradiction should cause concern in the field of biological teaching research.In response to this contradiction,this paper puts forward the topic of "Research on the Application of Lecturing Method in High School Biology Classroom Teaching",and hopes to provide certain theories and practical reference for teachers and prospective teachers in the field of biology teaching.This research mainly includes six parts:The first part introduces the background,significance,plan and present situation of this research;the second part defines the definition and type of lecturing method in middle school biology teaching.And leads to the more objective status of lecturing method in the teaching of high school biology by distinguishing the relationship between lecturing method and some people’s hateful words such as "mechanical learning".The third part is based on the existing literature,infers the research paradigm of the application strategy in biology teaching;the fourth part uses the questionnaire to investigate the current situation of the application of lectures in high school biology classroom teaching,find out the problems in application;the fifth part is based on the literature research and questionnaire results of the analysis,for the first time,systematically proposed the general application strategy of lecturing methods in high school biology teaching;the sixth part is evaluating the two excellent teaching videos of the ministerial level with the application strategies proposed in the previous section,and estimates the practicality of the application strategies in this paper.According to the results of the evaluation,the teaching strategy was further supplemented and improved.
